Man oh Man ! What a wonderful job they have done for us!!!!! We hired Jarvis Tree Service to cut and trim some old giants. Our beloved trees. They came in full force. Complete professionals. Not only did they trim but cleaned up all traces. We could not more satisfied with the job they did. Thank You Jarvis Tree Service.

My initial experience with Jarvis Tree Services was not a pleasant one at all. I won’t go into all the details, but I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of communication, the job that was performed without my permission, and how I was treated by the office manager.

After posting my experience, I quickly received a call from a nice lady named Amy who started off apologizing for my negative experience. She then asked me to tell her everything that happened. Amy listened and she took action. She promptly got in touch with the owner of Jarvis Tree Services, Joe. I received a a call from Joe, who was also very apologetic and asked if he could have another opportunity to come back out to speak with me and perform the requested services again.

Joe came out with his team and he made sure that his team understood what I wanted done. He took his time to make sure everyone was in place and the crew did everything that I needed done.

I’d like to thank Joe and Amy for turning a bad situation into a pleasant experience for me. They both showed that they really care about their customers and want to ensure client satisfaction. I will definitely use Jarvis Tree Services in the future and I’ll recommend my friends and family.

I wish all businesses were as caring and professional with their clients as Joe and Amy were with me.

Highly recommend Jarvis tree experts. They trim and prune the trees in our yard , annually. In addition, I am on their monthly plan to nourish and care for the trees. Our ornamental trees are so healthy! I appreciate that their trees experts have taken charge of our yard. I trust them!!

We contacted Edgar and his team to cut down 3 twenty four (+) year old Leyland cypress trees that we planted years ago and one of those trees had grown into 5 near our sprinkler head. They had limited space to work around in a corner at two different fences of our property and my beloved gardens. Not one limb or debris hit anything! We also had them cut down an old Bradford pear that had been struck by lightning. PHENOMENAL job; professional climber A++ and affordable pricing! Thank you so much!!

I have used Hugo’s service for my yard and my son’s yard for six years. I am very pleased with his work and recommend him highly.

Hugo Lawn Care has been my lawn service for the past seven years. They do exceptional work. In 2019, they revamped my front lawn with Zoysia and made sure it received the care needed to take root in order to be well established. This year, they removed a tree in my backyard and did so with great care to not harm any other nearby trees or plants. I am grateful for their service and highly recommend them to you.

Hugo has maintained our lawn in Chamblee since 2012. We hired him after he left a card taped to our mailbox right after we moved in and at that time he was carrying around his lawnmower in the trunk of a small sedan. I've been really proud to see him grow his business to the point that today he has a truck & trailer and a regular employee. Hugo has always been reliable and extremely polite and accommodating. He is well-priced and he is a US citizen who pays taxes and he speaks English fluently. I highly recommend Hugo and I'm confident you will feel the same way about him if you hire Hugo's Lawn Care.

Joey's removed two trees for us last year and ground the stumps. Since then, it became apparent that one of the stumps was not ground completely, and a large chunk remains. We want to install grass in that area and cannot do so until the stump is completely ground. I have called numerous times and only once received a return call, stating they would confirm a time within the hour to come take care of it. They never called back. Since then, I have called and left messages at least four times, and they have not returned a single call. I do not want to have to pay another service for their partially completed work.

Thanks to Leonel’s crew for the great work! They took out several large trees for me and my neighbor, ground the stumps for those, ground some older stumps, and pruned several other trees.

Booking the appointment was easy. Phone interactions were helpful and they worked with me when I had a scheduling conflict. I received reminder and pick up time texts. The guys who came out to pick up my couch were on time, respectful, and friendly. They assured me they'd try to find a good home for my couch for donation. The entire process was surprisingly hassle-free, and they were less expensive than their competitors (and much more user-friendly.) I can't recommend Upload enough!

They we're wonderful. I had to reschedule but they were very accommodating about it. The guys they subcontracted to were terrific! They showed up on time, did ALL the heavy lifting, even let me bag up some clothes for donations that I didn't have quite ready. Would recommend again and again. Especially if you're in a rural area.

Blaine was great.. he sent a text that he was going to be my mover and then updated me with the time he would actually be there and he was on time with that. He took great care taking couches out of my house and loaded everything up securely and was very personable and professional.. great job .. I really appreciate his work ethic😊

Really great from start to finish. A furnish company I bought a sofa from hired them to unpack it and haul away the shipping materials. They were great on the phone and did a great job in person. I’d give them 4 1/2 stars if I could– with a half star withheld only because they got here late, due to traffic, but still. I would hire them myself if I needed their services in the future.
