Everyone at LoadUp was very friendly and helpful. Dillan came to pickup everything, he was punctual and super nice! I highly recommend LoadUp.

They did a perfect job. They arrived on schedule and removed an unwieldy sleeper sofa and another sofa from the third floor without damaging anything. Very pleasant, efficient,and competent and all for a fair price.

I’ve used LoadUp twice. They are professional, efficient and an excellent resource for anyone needing to get rid of large household items or any junk. It was easy! I made a phone call, describe the items I needed picked up and they gave me a quote. Quick simple, and a fair price! So happy I found their service!

The pick up was subcontracted to a company, that didnt bring a truck, they brought a small trailer to pick up the items and unable to figure out how to fit some of the loose items even though we provide a list of what will be taken prior to scheduling. The company just needs to ensure their subs are prepared for the job they are assigned. Would give 3 1/2 stars if possible because the team was courteous and patient and respectful.

I can't say enough good things about today's experience. The driver was on time, careful, and cheerful throughout a long wrestling match with an extremely awkward lounge chair that had to be turned this way and that to get through each of 3 doors.
Also, LoadUp sent me only necessary texts and emails, unlike other companies who wouldn't give an estimate without an email, then bombarded me with e-mail & messages. I REALLY appreciate LoadUp's consideration.

LoadUp is very online convenient. They removed PAINT CANS and more from my garage. A bit pricey, but very efficient!

We needed help moving small amount of furniture into a moving van from an apartment complex.. The movers were fantastic, and using their own tools were able to take apart a bed frame when they noted that it would not fit into the elevator. The movers themselvers are 5 stars. It would have been great to hear a day or two in advance that all was set for the move (though the company was responsive when I reached out the evening prior to confirm - would have been better to have received a text confirming the appointment the day before). The local charge seems a little steep (unless it meant that the movers received all of the other funds). We would use the service again, though because the movers were great (despite it being a very rainy Cincinnati day!).

The loaders were great. They were prompt, courteous and very efficient. This all added up a quick and pleasant “Load Up” experience. If I ever have need of such a service again or know someone who does… this will be my go to and recommendation!

My review is "meh." Window was 8 AM - 12:00. Zero communication from my "loader" until I harassed customer service. They did finally show up at about 3:00. While the 2 dudes were "nice" and got the job done, they were just regular guys with a pickup truck. It never felt very "professional" and was not what I was expecting. While ultimately I did get the junk I needed removed and again, the actual loader dudes were nice and efficient, looking back on it, this company just seems sketchy. It feels like some sort of private equity run app that sounds great but they just don't have the resources to execute properly. I'm thinking College Hunks or something next time. There is, whether logical or not, some sort of piece of mind when a company shows up in a company-painted truck and wearing a "uniform." Letting 2 random dudes into my house with zero identification was sketch. Plus they were wearing just t-shits with sandals and laughing and complaining the whole time how heavy stuff was. It just wasn't what I expected. I would recommend finding someone truly local that you pay directly. LoadUp is just a middle-middle-man that can't actually keep up with their promises.

I was super stressed. Couldn’t get things picked up, sold it moved quick enough. Even donation locations can only take so much. Load Up saved my sanity. Every single person was so kind and professional. The order, cost, process and day of pick up was utterly smooth. I highly recommend.

I found LoadUp online and was immediately able to book a pickup for a sectional sofa. They kept me updated throughout the process. Marcus did a great job - fast, friendly, and professional.

Had a new full size latex mattress shipped from The Latex Mattress Factory Tempe, Arizona by FedEx. And a full size tempurpedic mattress to have hauled away...LoadUp was contracted by the helpful staff of our mattress company to install our new bed and haul away the tempurpedic. Coordination had to be made with delivery by FEDEX ( iffy timing)
before " white glove service" could be scheduled. LoadUp was absolutely wonderful in flexibility on timing and immediately responsive on concerns. Two " team members" arrived on time and were polite and efficient. Highly recommend LoadUp!

LoadUp comes through again! Great job by Jorge and David helping us unload our 15” UHAUL in 1.5 hrs. Lots of heavy stuff and they cheerfully got it all to our new 4th floor apt. Punctual, very courteous and careful with our stuff - thanks again!

The team, Harald and Vanessa, were professional and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with their work. We had them move patio furniture from the side of the house to inside our new enclosure. The furniture had been sitting outside for a month and a half. They hosed off the bottoms, got rid of insects, including wasps, and left us the wasp spray can to top off their work! ❤️

They were outstanding! They ( Romell) arrived early, were very careful of the walls/property and completed the job quickly. They were in/ out and done in under 20 minutes. I highly recommend LoadUp and specifically Romell. I will definitely use them again.

The booking process was seamless despite needing to have furniture picked up from multiple locations. The drivers were very patient and communicated well from the start of the day til pick up. They were very quick, handled the furniture well and such nice people! Thanks for the help moving!

We contracted with load up and they came as promised and completed the job as expected. Everything went really smoothly. Communications were as expected, my property was respected and cared for while they did the work that was requested. I will definitely use this service again. The moving crew was on time, polite and helpful. They were able to move a couch downstairs that was incredibly difficult to get through the front door. They managed to do it in just a few minutes because they knew what they were doing. The price was reasonable considering what they did and I would recommend them for any moving or disposal issues you may have. Very very satisfied.

Getting a quote was quick and easy, and the team responded promptly with a very reasonable price. Scheduling through their system was seamless. On the scheduled day and time, I received real-time updates all the way up to when the loader team was arriving, along with tracking information and a contact number. Janserlein Miguel and his crew did an incredible job removing my island grill. Highly recommended!
