Nest, the bedding co. hired Load Up. All went easy. Put together bed and mattress. Removed old bed and mattress. Nice, competent and fast workers. Only drawback was waiting on trucker arrival. Changed from original time, which was ok’d by me, but wound up quite late. But I suppose that’s to be expected. I do recommend this service.

Did a great job. Came within the time window. I was able to work with them adding a couple of last minute items.

Amazing service from start to finish, and EXTREMELY quick! I had a hard time finding someone to come to my building in SF. I contact LoadUp and within minutes I had Ana amazing quote and an appointment booked. I just had to send a few pictures of the items I wanted to be picked up. I even had a last minute emergency on my pick up date but they rescheduled with no issue. Will use this services every time I need to do a junk removal!

Wow! 4x8 granite countertop. One guy and a dolly negotiated the pickup with gusto. I gladly helped stabilize while we moved it to his van. 10 mins start to finish. No hidden fees.

We hired LoadUp to haul away a queen size mattress and box spring when we purchased our new adjustable bed. The office was very professional, and within minutes we had a time and day scheduled for the pickup. Our Loader was Barry who kept us informed when he was on his way and arrival time. He showed up on time, and the whole process took only a few minutes. We would definitely use this service again.

I had a king mattress and box spring to get rid of, I Google'd "mattress removal" and found LoadUp. The process was simple, I entered my address, description of items and where they would be on the property, paid a fee, then scheduled pickup right there on the page. I leaned mattresses against garage door the night before and the next morning they were gone and out of my hair! I didn't even have to be present. Recommended!

Excellent communication regarding appointment confirmation and tracking of loaders. Loader Anthony and partner did a great job removing my washer and dryer units from a tight space without damaging my home. I would definitely use this company again, as needed.

I had a positive experience when I called to obtain an estimate for furniture removal. They were able to give me the entire price upfront unlike other businesses that couldn’t give me an exact price.
The load up drivers(2) were polite and moved the furniture quickly. I’d use this service again in the future.

Michael from Load Up accommodated me to have our items hauled away on Sunday- today 10/5- He was a one man show. He is personable, courteous, professional and Efficient. He took everything. I would use Load Up again and if I can choose Michael to be my designated Load up agent - I will choose him everytime. I had a great experience. King mattress, big desk, coffee table, books.

First time using LoadUp and I’m very pleased! I was able to request a price online and, after a bit of discussion with their customer support, I got an appointment booked and paid for the next day. Great communication prior to the appointment and the Loader, David, arrived when he said he would. He had my pieces of furniture out the door and loaded on his truck within about 10 minutes. Very impressive!

The guys that showed up to take our donated items were very nice and were able to handle large heavy furniture. I am so happy I found a service that finds a place for these kinds of items, such as adjustable bed frames and a club chair, as the charities themselves don’t pick them up. I didn’t want perfectly good almost new furniture to be taken to the dump so I was relieved to find this service. They had the best price which was also guaranteed. Since there doesn’t seem to be any free donation pickup anymore for donations to charity, especially for these kinds of items, it was the best option. Thank you Load Up!

I was unaware of this company, but I am soooo glad I booked with them! The communication is excellent, and the two young “Loaders” that arrived ON TIME, were terrific!! We have new carpet, and they were very respectful of our home, and removed their shoes immediately. They disassembled a giant, heavy home gym equipment contraption very quickly. I am so thankful to have this out of my home! If you need anything removed from your basement or home, I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!
