James was very courteous and even when I offered to help he said "no you hired me to get the job done, but thanks". I didn't mind helping but I do appreciate a company who stands by their job duties. I have no complaints. I didn't hire you guys SleepEz did but I'd use the service again if need be. Thanks

Absolutely perfect. We had a huge and heavy couch that we needed hauled away and the staff were AMAZING! They went above and beyond to get the couch out of the house. Top notch firm that specializes in tree care, not removal. Yes, you will pay for a consultation but wouldn’t you rather pay for good advice than work you don’t need? Also, they climb trees with ropes, not damaging spikes, and use sonar instead of invasive, damaging resistograph testing.

My neighbor hired this “company”. Not me.

Problem #1 - They cut down a tree that was on my property without my consent. My neighbor was confused and thought she owned the tree. Survey says it’s mine. A legit business would check property lines before cutting any tree.

Problem #2 - This business intentionally left a giant cut-down tree on my property that I now I have to figure out how to deal with.

I spoke to the business owner (Micaiah Beard) over the phone to explain what happened. I figured it was an honest mistake and a teachable moment. He said he’d be out within a week to pick up the tree. That never happened. He’s a liar. I called and texted multiple times. He is now ignoring my efforts to communicate, so I am going to have to take him to court for trespassing and damaging my property. And even still, I will have to arrange with a real company to get the tree debris removed myself. Ridiculous.

Choose a real company like Don’s Tree Service, not this guy!

Just had my home pressure washed today by Express Pressure Washing LLC. Great guys, great customer service and exceeded my expectations. They also removed the decal from a box truck that I recently purchased, and I say for certain that they had the cheapest price of anyone else. I contacted 6 other companies and Exp. Pressure Washing came back with the quickest response, lowest price and I would not hesitate to say the best customer service. I would highly recommend their service and would use them in the future if I needed more work done.

Since this company has been doing the maintenance of our subdivision Old Ivy and we have noticed a bid decline in the quality of maintenance , trimming, and quality of work in general. They are ever hardly here, we paid lots of money in HOA FEES to get this low quality service. We are in May and we still have winter plants that have been dead for weeks , we used have Gibs and they did better job,

The company is suppose to do the landscaping for our townhome community- I say suppose due to the horrible job they do. The pictures show how they leave the property- no care to details. All of their work is sub par. Very frustrating and unhappy with the job they do in our community!
