I am extremely disappointed in Essential Heating & Air. I definitely expected more from them. I have been on my AC to be fixed for days now. Every time they schedule someone to come out no one has come (no updates or anything) we’re left just wondering at this point will it even be fixed. This is not customer service. The least they can do is give a follow up call to say they are not coming.On top of that I have been asking for a manager call back for 2 days and still no callback.

Richard was excellent. He explained to us different things that he noticed along the way. And showed us a problem that we may have in the future, but we were ok for now. I am definitely happy that we hired them to figure out why our furnace all of a suddenly stopped throwing out heat; and we tried everything that we felt comfortable doing to fix the problem ourselves. Typically I like to go with bigger companies that have established websites, but pricing wise this company was the best and fairest so I decided to get them a chance-and I’m so glad we did, would highly recommend them.

Essential Heating and Air installed an energy efficient furnace and replaced all of those nasty vents that had been under the house since 1963. I love it because it really helps my breathing. They also replaced the antiquated air conditioning unit with an energy efficient one. Anthony, the owner, provides exceptional customer service, and his team is professional, respectful and friendly. I highly recommend this contractor. One call to them is all you need.

Excellent customer service and friendly, fast technician!! Nothing bad to say about this company. From the install in 2019 to this early Sunday morning call, this company consistently gives 5-star treatment! Called them around 6 a.m. Service call complete by 10!! Highly recommend!!

I would not recommend anyone to use this company they installed a tankless water heater in my home and they didn’t finish the job. They offered to refund me $ $700.00 and I never received it. I had to sue this company,

Horrible company that has zero regard for the health and well-being of the communities they operate in. This organization has a location on the corner of Lakewood Avenue and Miller Reed and on several occasions you can walk out of your home and smell hazardous chemicals being released in the atmosphere severely impacting those that live in the community. This company should be shut down and fined for the harm they are causing the environment and local residents.

Anthony had a quick response time and was dedicated to getting the furnace back on even though there were many issues. He gave me understanding of the issues and the solutions and kept in touch with me over the 2 days to get all the work done. Would definitely use them again.
