I just want to say that "God is good all the time" This morning I woke up and the temp in my home was 57. My furnace was running and the hot air was not blowing out at all. I had to pull out my space heaters to keep warm. I call my heating and air guy and he stated he would not be able to come out to my home until Monday. I could not wait until Monday to see what the problem was with the furnace. I started searching for a heating and air company that would be reasonable priced and I would get answers regarding why the air was not blowing out of my furnace. I called Essential Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc and I was very pleased with the telephone mannerism first and the fact that I was able to get on the schedule today. The technician called and arrived and was very pleasant. The problem was detected and the work was performed and now I have heat in my home tonight. I am very pleased with the service that I received today. I really appreciated be put on the schedule today. The overall service was very professional and that means a great deal to me.

Essential Heating & Air Conditioning. My rental house AC went out during one of GA’s frequent heatwaves. My home warranty company said all their HVAC providers were fully booked with appointments a week out. It was 97 degrees in the house at night. I called Essential Heating and Air. They were so responsive. They were fully booked also, but squeezed me in as a potential appointment for that day or the next. Someone came out diagnosed and fixed the issue THE SAME DAY! Staff were great from office to expert. Prices were affordable. The cool air was PRICELESS! This company takes pride in their work and it shows.

Essentials Heating and Air exceeded my expectations. My top unit stop working and it was so hot upstairs. They are very professional and installed my new air conditioner unit the next day. They were tremendously busy, but they were able to work me in. Even cleaned up after themselves with a vacuum cleaner. AWESOME service.... I will continue to use them and refer them to all my friends and family!! Thanks Essential heating and air!!!!

My Husband and I are very pleased with Essential Heating and Air Conditioning Service. The Tech Mr. Adrian was a wonderful, great personality and very professional. He was very knowledgeable Heat / A/C installation. The staff that assist Mr. Adrian was nice. The team were working to get the installation install. The team were working and you couldn't tell that they were working, until it was finished and running. The Owner Mr. Antonio call to explain what they offer ( new material great brand name and great quality of material warranty. He follow up with quality control of his business installation. If you go essential make sure you get the yearly check unit package. His secretary ( Ms. Felicia ) is a very intelligent and knowledgeable with all the company paperwork. She is a people person. What you hear from her on the phone. She is the same in person. She is a very nice lady. She is good with the paperwork and scheduling your services. I would like to thank Mr. Adrian and his team for coming to my house and making us welcome to their company . The price was very reasonable.

Servicing issues has improved. Proper filter promptly installed as promised.

Attempt to address heavy wind gusts not corrected. Adjustments made but it could be as late as next winter before I know if there has been any improvements … unless we get more near freezing temperatures at night.

Impressed by fact that technician seemed to be interested in helping to address issue.

Let me start by saying if i could select zero out of five, I most definitely would. Back in Dec-Jan I had a total of 5 techs come to my house to attempt to repair my furnace. The first tech did absolutely NOTHING but talk and give me a list of things "it could be"....$350 later i washed my hands with this company. A rep called me days after asking how my service was working. When i advised her it was same as before, she adamantly wanted to send a "senior" tech. He came to my house for 6hrs to not be able to resolve the issue. To make a long story short. A total of 5 techs and countless amount of hours of waiting for a resolution. They gave me a $300 credit only to lie about the fix and charge me the same $300 that they credited me for the inconvenience. Moral of the story. Do your research prior to calling. Would NEVER recommend this company

Terrell was my technician and he provided outstanding service. He was very patient and made sure that he educated me on what the issue was and proceeded to perform the repairs. Great Job!

Amazing service! Felicia was very friendly when she assisted getting a quick response for a service call. The tech, Terrell, was very professional, knowledgeable and he made sure that I understood exactly what was going on. He respectfully put slippers on before entering my home as well as greeted others that were there. I’ve been a longtime customer and these are just a few of the reasons why!
