O’Callaghan is our hero! Specifically Carl. We had an emergency situation during off hours and he was in our home within 2 hours. We had no idea how bad it was. He took control, accessed the situation and went above and beyond to help us handle the first steps to remediating the disastrous event. Carl deserves employee of the year!!

I was traveling for work when one of my contractors noticed an issue with my AC units. I called O’Callaghan and they sent someone out the next day! Issues were resolved quickly and they were able to take my payment over the phone! Outstanding customer service!

I admit that I was skeptical when I first called O’Callaghan, I called two other places beforehand and no one could figure out what was wrong with my HVAC. But Troy, my tech, was amazing. He was personable, engaging, informative and most importantly, he knew exactly what he was doing! He gave me some fantastic recommendations but I never felt pressured to buy or do anything. Outstanding service. I received an honest quote from Jordan who was communicative and worked with me in order to get the best service for my home. The installation of our new unit was scheduled 4 days from the quote and 2 technicians showed up early. They were very polite and worked the entire duration they were at my home. They explained everything and were very knowledgeable. They provide a 1 year free service with their installation. I am very happy to have chosen their service.

We have used this business for years to maintain our older unit. We knew we would be needing a new one, so they were our first call when it was time. Dennis, Dylan, Jordan, Jackson and ALL the guys are very professional and friendly. They are timely, and clean up after themselves. They installed our new unit perfectly and pretty quick. It was as painless as buying a new AC can be. They are the only people we trust. There is no nonsense, just honest, good work.

I highly recommend their warranty program. The fee is very reasonable and gives peace of mind. They just came and gave my unit the once over and I feel confident we are ready for whatever a Georgia winter/summer gives us.

O’ Callaghan sent out Dylan, Issac and Conner to replace a 24 year old 3 ton Heil unit. They were Fantastic to work with. Respectful, honest and hard working. Not once did I hear a bad word or any complaints from anyone. Patient and answered any and all questions I had. I would highly recommend this company for any and all of your heating and air issues. 5 STARS from me.

He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, got the necessary part and repaired it.

Spoke with Brian everything has been worked out. Changing my review rating b/c this company installed our system and they were great to work with. I was told that the filter was dirty and that is why the outside unit stopped running. I call BS because we just changed the filter 2 weeks ago. I just paid 102.95 to replace a filter that was just replaced and a service call. If this happens again we better not be charged. Yes I took a look at the filter in the trash.
