Greg was outstanding. He knew what was wrong and how to fix it. He also spent time with me explaining how to use the new thermostat.

These guys were awesome. They came out right away, fixed and explained the issue, and did not look for a way to upcharge the service like a lot of hvac techs tend to do. It was a great experience all the way around.

I historically worked with a different company for many years, and when my AC unit stopped working, they left me hanging for 2 weeks with no communication and no shows on two appointments. I found O’Callaghan on google and am SO thankful I called them. They dispatched someone immediately to come diagnose my unit. Carl was my technician and he was top notch. He was able to immediately diagnose my problem and explained the issue clearly to me. He also spent the time to check all of my zones and make sure everything was working properly in general. He really knows his stuff - working with him was such a great experience. I will be using this company moving forward and referring it to all of my friends. THANK YOU!

The heat decided to go out when we are experiencing the coldest weather in awhile. The boys from o’callaghan had us up a running quickly. Great customer service and support. Will recommend them to family and friends.

Ocall was out at our place today and as usual - always does a great maintenance job. They keep us running efficiently season to season. They staff top notch folks in the office and the field. Our tech has almost 30 years of experience and expertise. Couldn’t post on Facebook for some reason, but wanted to put a review in for others. If you want your home comfortable, and running smooth- call Ocall & you won’t regret it.

We inherited an AC system put in by this company when we bought our house a month ago. They just installed it 2 years ago. These people do not return calls or emails. They "take messages" and no one gets back to you. They finally sent a guy out to take a look and we have never heard from anyone again. This is an AWFUL company to try to work with.

The tech was very thorough and made sure my service was up and running. He went above and beyond. This company sent someone out right away and remain in constant contact. I'm going to recommend them to everyone I know.

Had a lot of glitches with installation crew, but the lady dispatcher Felicia was so kind, and was able to cool me down.
She went over and above to make this purchase of my new AC unit okay.
Also Anthony explained thoroughly what was wrong with my old unit, and promised to find one that is affordable for us.
Although the installation crew had numerous glitches as I mentioned before, the end result was okay.

Essential Heating & Air Service my AC unit and did a wonderful job; he changed my filter in the attic and he washed my compressor outside and now the air is much cooler, The technician was very friendly and we had a wonderful conversation while he worked on my AC I recommend them for good a job ever.

Been using this company since 2009 exclusively. I won’t call anyone else. I get reminders for spring and fall servicing. The price is affordable too. And they respond quickly to emergencies. I have 2 properties and will only use Essential. They are responsive and always show up when they are supposed to.

I have been using the company for years. They hire, smart professional techs that can assess issues. The bill fairly and the company's use of technology makes it easier to get the tech's arrival time and my invoice.

J. MILLER was awesome... He was very professional and committed to making sure both our units were back up and running. It's only been one day and I have already called 5 friends and told them about our experience. I will definitely be purchasing their annual maintenance plan!!!
