Our AC went out on a Saturday morning during the heat of the summer. Family member is in the middle of Chemo and needed a cool environment to say the least. One call and a service tech arrived within 3 hours and had us back up and running temporarily until parts could be obtained on Monday. Monday morning bright & early they arrived and completed the repair 🙏🏼. We also use the seasonal service plan to make sure our system is in tip top condition. Can’t recommend OCallaghan enough. Great people & awesome customer service !

What I like about O'Callaghan is the no frill way of serving their customers. I have a service agreement for my shop and it's been great so far. They were flexible as to when I needed to start the maintenance visits and it was easy to e-sign the agreement, get scheduled and get started. I'm now having them look at a property I'm renovating. Good company.

O'Callaghan is my go-to HVAC company. I use them for repairs as well as for routine maintenance. They come when they say they will, do the work and clean up after themselves. Very reliable and professional.

Advised for the visit that he needed to go into 3 units to flush drain line. He would not go into the units, only ours, even though I requested this when making appointment. We will need to find another company to troubleshoot.

Bobby has been my HVAC tech for a few years and he is incredibly thorough when he cleans my AC unit. Today he spent extra time scrubbing out debris from my dryer vent that had been sucked into my outdoor unit. I’ve been using this company for over six years now and highly recommend getting an AC service contract through O’Callaghans to extend the life of your unit. Mines over 15 years old and still cooking and cooling.

O’Callaghan came out for a courtesy visit to determine if we needed to change our ductwork. Instead, they made some system adjustments they believe will address our temperature issues, all as part of the courtesy visit and not as a service call. The tech was highly knowledgeable while also not focused, as many hvac companies now do, on trying to upsell us. Will be switching to O’Callaghan as our service company.
