Great service! Very helpful. Did an amazing job taking care of the cleaning of our air conditioning system and the vents, and they were very efficient with the time. Great prices too! It’s very hard to find people who work in high rise and these people did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend to everyone I know and call them again if I need them!

Aiden from Air Green Solution was absolutely fantastic! He came by to inspect our fireplace and did an incredibly thorough job. Not only did he identify and seal several small cracks that could have caused serious issues down the line, but he also took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we understood what was being done.

He was polite, professional, and incredibly considerate; he even brought his own booties to cover his shoes and a vacuum to clean up afterward. By the time he left, the area was spotless!

You can tell Aiden takes real pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers’ safety and comfort. He went above and beyond, and we feel much more at ease knowing our fireplace is now safe and properly maintained. We’ll definitely be calling Air Green Solution again for future inspections and maintenance. Highly recommend Aiden and the entire team!

Gali, was very informative and knowledgeable. She gave us wonderful service and made our fireplace look great.

Called them out to replace the cap on my chimney. Guy on the phone said it shouldn’t be more than a “couple hundred”. Service visit is $159 but that will go toward the repairs if I approve the estimate same day. They get here, measure my chimney and then tell me it’s going to be $2700??? What happened to a “couple hundred”? And if I need a day or so to get another estimate, well now my $159 service charge is down the drain.

PREDATORY BS. Such a bad faith engagement on their part.

EDIT: Your team was called for a specific reason. Not to come do a general inspection and give advisement. Gali arrived at my home and did an inspection when the original reason I called was because I had a squirrel in my chimney. I wanted to make the cap a little squirrel-proof. Your team said "yes we can do that". Shows up, tells me it'll be $2700 to replace everything. The reason I called you out wasn't even accomplished. Refund my service visit. The purpose of the visit was ignored and not addressed. I can give you my information if you want to pull your recorded call. This has been a really bad experience with your company.

Buyer beware: the $139 inspection fee that is charged DOES NOT go toward any repairs or maintenance that may be required.. At the time of booking, they will tell you the fee will go toward any work that was needed. It does not.

If you attempt to rectify the situation by calling the company twice and requesting to speak to a manager, you will have to go through “Kim”, the receptionist, who will speak to you condescendingly. “Kim” will then proceed to cut you off and talk over you. She will state repeatedly that the $139 fee is simply for an inspection of 1 fireplace (in my case, there were 2 fireplaces that were inspected). When you offer a rebuttal that if the inspection fee is only for 1 fireplace, then why weren’t you charged the $139 fee twice (for each fireplace) she will not have an answer. She will not only dispute your version of events, but also will try to insult your intelligence.

After speaking with Kim, you will realize you are a victim of the classic bait and switch tactic!

This is where the 1 star review comes in. The technician himself was kind and professional, so this review is not indicative of his service. What it is indicative of is a company that states one thing at the time of booking and does another at the time of payment.

If any of this sounds like a pleasant experience to you, then go ahead and book your appointment now!

Lastly, specifically to “Kim”, who stated she has been working at this company for years and is “like the owner”, this review will remain until I receive a phone call from REAL management as requested. However, I doubt that will happen considering you are the gate keeper!

Danielle came and was very polite, professional, and thorough. We had our dryer vent deep cleaned and she did a great job. I recommend this company for future services.

A very nice repairman came to our home. He charged us $380 to fix our gas fireplace. He just vacuumed the fireplace and jiggled the wires. It worked while he was there but stopped working 45 minutes after he left. I’ve contacted the company for a refund but to no avail. I will change this review if someone calls me back and refunds our money (which is what their warranty says). We initially made our service request through Lawrenceville Chimney & Fireplace. Because of how this was handled, I do not recommend.

Danielle was very helpful with my air duct issues. She had great knowledge and gave great details of what was needed. I felt confident in her answers to my questions. She gave great options to solve the problems I was having. Thanks for a great job Danielle

Emily came to inspect our fireplace. She was very personable & seemed knowledgeable. We were told it needed a cleaning & some repairs for cracks in the tiles. The total cost came to $760.00. We were shocked at the cost & in hindsight, should have shopped around more, as this seems extraordinarily high. She also didn't wear booties over her shoes & left some marks on our light colored carpet.

Josh was very helpful from the first day. He explained and showed me everything he found wrong. Then after completing the job he made sure I was satisfied with the work.
