Good, overall would recommend, but some room for improvement.

The good:
- nice employees
- very fast communication
- timely
- professional equipment.
- duct cleaning was good
- receptive to fixing any complaints

Needing improvement:
- too fast, not careful to double check all supply vents were sanitized
- walkthrough (before and after) was very fast, didn’t make a checklist and then immediately started working.
- explanation was lacking. Should have a breakdown with client on what process looks like, expectations, etc.

Would use again, but need to be a little more detail oriented.

They do a very good job explaining the cost and the work they would perform. Carpet looks very nice after deep clean, and they offer other services as well, so you do not have to call multiple places. Martin is very friendly and passionate about his work.

Your crew did a great job. Showed up early and took care of business. They did a thorough job and explained every step of the process to ensure that we understood what they were doing and the conditions of our ducts. Highly recommend!

Friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE team came to the house. No gimmicks, up charges, or scare tactics used. They were able to give me a great deal for a same day additional service request. Strongly recommend if you need a vent and/or dryer vent cleaning.

Lots of questionable/untrained companies out there offering similar services, but The HonestGuys is not one- they 100% live up to their name!

They were very friendly and professional! They pointed out stains that I didn’t even know were there. When they were done my home smelled amazing and the carpet looked brand new.

I called The Honest Guys based on previous reviews I had seen online. I was calling from out of state for my father's property that seemingly stopped working. Abe was able to get out to the property very quickly and was patient as I had some issues getting someone over there to open the door as there was a miscommunication on my end. He was able to determine and remedy the issue quickly. And it did not cost us much more than the service call charge. I was very thankful for Abe and his honesty, lol, not intended to be cheesy with the "honest" reference.

Martin and Nick did an outstanding job with cleaning out our hvac/air duct/and dryer vent in our new home! The past resident had 4 cats and with me being allergic it was imperative that we got our vents cleaned thoroughly. They were very professional and Martin walked me through every step and explained thier cleaning process. They took before and after photos and after cleaning the house smelled noticeably cleaner and fresh! Martin and Nick were extremely kind and the pricing was very reasonable. I will 1000% be having The Honest Guys come out again- I recommend them!

I was very pleased with Martin from Honest Guys, who cleaned our HVAC ducts. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. He explained the process and answered all my questions. Martin took photos to show me the issues and explained everything step by step. I will definitely call Honest Guys again for HVAC duct and dryer vent cleaning. Their service was exceptional, and I highly recommend them.

Shout out to The Honest Guys. They came to clean my carpets recently and did an excellent job. I had two large rooms with heavy damage from pet accidents. I didn’t think carpet was salvageable. Carpets look great. They were professional, courteous and had competitive pricing. I would definitely recommend these guys and will use them again!

Fast, friendly, and great work. The previous owners of the house were smokers, but everything smells so much better now, and everything is running more efficiently. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! (This is actually the 2nd time we've used them, and will again)

I like to wait when posting a review on services provided. I hade the Honest Guys clean my air ducts in July and here is the result.
Fantastic job. Service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. My #1 issue was we have had a large amount of dust in the house and since the cleaning our dust issue has been resolved. Also, the clothes dryer is more efficient.
Great job, great service, great price. I will use them again.

Incredibly friendly team! Polite and professional! They did WONDERS on my couches that had been destroyed by kids! I wish the pictures did it justice - they’re so much brighter and clean!
