This was my second experience with The Honest Guys for my duct cleaning job and they did not disappoint either time. They were very communicable up until they showed up at my door. The service guys were very nice, extremely knowledgeable and explained every part of their process to me, which was very much appreciated. I will continue to recommend and use them for this service!

The Honest Guys did a very thorough job cleaning our ducts. The technician was polite and showed me pictures. Most of the ducts look like new.

Excellent service! We took the recommendation of a neighbor and called Honest Guys to clean our ducts which we knew had to be awful at this point. Martin did a fantastic job and was done in just under 2 hours with our three story house. Very happy with the results and the price was very fair.

First class treatment I was given today from the co-owner! He came even though it was the weekend. He gave my air ducts and dryer vents the star treatment! My new dryer wasn’t working, but these guys found the issue and fixed it. The problem was that my vent was broken, so the air couldn’t circulate properly. They cleaned the dryer vent, repaired the broken section, and got everything working perfectly. Great service!

All I can say is disappointing. They came to clean our drapes. Couldn't clean them at the house so they said they had to take them down and take to their shop for cleaning. Called them on the day they were supposed to return them and only found out then that they hadn't been cleaned and they told me that they needed dry cleaning instead. They weren't able to drop it the day they promised. I agreed to let them drop it the next day and they didn't even call me. they just left them in the box in my dining room without hanging them up again. I will not use them again.

Very reliable and communicative. I hired them to deep clean my carpets and clean the whole apartment. They did a really amazing job and they provide so many services. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who is in need.

Crew showed up on time and finished the job (5 rooms + hallway + stairs) quickly (~2 hours) and thoroughly! They had to charge extra for using a second piece of equipment based on the severity of a few stains, but they confirmed that price increase with me prior to starting work. Our technician was on time, left everything very clean, and was very professional. We had our air ducts cleaned and before and after pictures were shown. Best price compared to other quotes we got. Would recommend!

Martin is the man. Super communicative throughout the process, came in fast for a nasty stain In really delicate material. Took really good care of us. I would definitely come back to the honest guys for upholstery cleaning. (just still a little damp in photo number two, but you can see the outcome)

The previous owners of our home left their dogs in a tile-floor room. Nothing we did could get rid of the smell. We called The Honest Guys. Spoke to Roy, the owner, on the phone. He was impressive, convincing us of his company's expertise for this kind of gig. Martin handled the job. Showed up on time. Pleasant to have around. But most importantly, he was extremely capable, even getting on his hands and knees with a toothbrush, to provide deep cleaning of the grout. Reasonable pricing and excellent service. Highest recommendation.
