I called the Honest Guys on a Saturday morning and they picked up right away, answered all my questions, helped explain their process in detail and reassured me they could take care of the birds nest issue I was having. They provided top notch customer service over the phone and scheduled me for first thing Monday morning.

The crew arrived on time, were extremely nice guys and communicated exactly what they were going to do. They successfully cleared a birds nest out of a bathroom fan vent pipe and reassured me they got it all and everything would be okay. They were efficient, friendly, professional and great all around.

I would hire The Honest Guys again and recommend you call them first!

I could tell these guys took pride in what they did. My vents were extremely dirty, their time stamped before and after photos showed they rectified the situation. Asked for an appointment of Friday afternoon, they were at my house at 8:15am the next day. Great service. This is one of the things you don’t think about since it is out of sight and out of mind. Once the before and after pictures were provided, I’m very happy I decided to make the call. I would say this is needed every five years along with regular and routine filter changes. The guys were polite, informative, and cleaned up after they finished. Will certainly recommend to anyone and will use again. Also, ask them for the dryer line clean out, another item you just don’t think about until it is too late.

Thoroughly excellent experience. More importantly, that business name really takes guts to set that high a bar. They totally came through! The two guys that came to do the work were really ethical and worthwhile guys. Great hiring!!! Separately, competitive price, great and attentive work, and they didn't rush but they didn't dawdle either. They worked efficiently and left things very clean. Well worth the money and I trusted them in my home.

After purchasing a home my home inspector recommended a chimney sweep and inspection as there were some minor issues with my fireplace. I ended having Southern Chimneys come to my house for a cleaning and inspection. The owner Ben came to my house and was professional and informative. I turns out I had a mantle that was installed improperly and the fireplace had the wrong type of gas logs for the type of firebox installed. Ben was able to make great recommendations taking into consideration the changes I needed to make and the cost involved. I feel well taken care of by Southern Chimneys a will use them in the future.

They were easy to work with and completed the work in a timely manner. I would go back to them again for future repair needs.

These two ladies set the first impressions of a very good quality customer service. The rest of staff were very professional, kind and explained what my issue was. They provided pictures of my chimney inside & out. Ben was great explaining issues to me. I had contacted three other company's and Carries bid was the Best. I highly recommend this company.
