Great service! On time and quick. Brandon cleaned my dryer vent up on the roof, but first he turned on my dryer to let it run and warm up the duct I suppose. When finished he informed me that the seal cap was good and clear, no blockages and he removed all the lint! Thank You! I wish you could provide a magnet for the dryer so I remember who to call in a couple years! :)

I had a great experience! The technician was here for hours doing every vent in this house. It had never been done, and now I know why I need to do this! The tech, Alex showed me before and after pictures and the difference is amazing. I have NOT sneezed since he left. That’s the main reason I decided to have it done. Great job! Mark fixed my fireplace, cleaned it all out and educated us on its proper use. A great experience all around and very grateful to both of them for their hard work. Another pleased customer!

Truly appreciated their customer service and flexibility. The receptionist, Nichole and technician, Miguel Jackson communicated clearly and ensured all questions were answered. I called Peachtree Chimney Cleaning on a whim, hoping they could help. I’d purchased new doors/face for our fireplace opening and didn’t realize how difficult it would be to get someone to install. Peachtree said they could do it and they did. The doors/face look very nice on our fireplace project. The technician, I believe his name was Sean, arrived on time, was pleasant, insightful and installed in a very short time. I appreciate the service and will be sure to call back for some of our other chimney/fireplace needs. Thank you.

We had our air ducts and dryer vents cleaned. The company did an excellent job, communicated well and were very professional. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

Had Peachtree come out and do a duct cleaning on my older home, my tech was extremely kind and aware, I appreciated his use of shoe coverings on my carpet and throughout my house. He did his best to limit dust dispersal and was nice enough to explain the process to me and show me amazing before and after pictures! My price was exactly as advertised on the website, $299 and that included all of my ducts being cleaned, a change of my air filter, and disinfectant added through the unit. I would highly recommend them for price and quality!

Excellent service. Just moved in home and noticed gas starter fireplace flames were too low for my liking. Ace provided initial consultation and made sure it was installed properly and was very professional. Mark ultimately completed servicing the unit with cleaning and adjustments so that I am pleased with flame. Mark also walked through safety tips and educated me about my fireplace.
The following day, the main office called to make sure I was pleased with service. That is another reason I rate this company high, outstanding customer service. The young lady who initially scheduled my appointment was very pleasant and securing an appointment was fast and easy. I highly recommend Peachtree Cleaning for all of your wood burning and gas starter fireplace & chimney needs.

We had a great experience with this company. We used them for both duct cleaning and chimney inspection. The technicians were on time, very efficient and VERY professional. There is work to be done on the chimney and it was explained thoroughly along with showing us photos. This is a company that I would HIGHLY recommend.

Just had an excellent experience yesterday. I had my gutters cleaned and everything went smoothly from making an appointment to the finished job.
I paid a good price for the scope of work.

The technician was running a little late but kept me informed. When he arrived he was pleasant and friendly and very respectful of the property.
I would definitely use them and recommend them as a great company to have on speed dial.

I give them a 1 because the technician seemed nice but not sure everything was done as advertised. First off, the appointment was scheduled for 2 on a Saturday and the technician called at 4:48 to let me know he was on his way and it would be 58 minute according to his GPS. When scheduling at first I was told 3 but then was asked if 2 would be better. The process was gone over only after I asked before the called with the scheduler ended. Now lets talk pricing. It says up front pricing nothing hidden. First thing I am told at the first register is that there is black mold and that he could take care of that. I asked how much that would be and was told an extra 189. Now I'm not stupid and I understand there are circumstances that may cause extra, but that should be told up front. We may run into different thing that could cost extra and here are the different costs. Eases the shock. Now I know I told the technician that I would probably replace the 2 registers that were affected, but for 189 you would think they would have been treated and cleaned. Speaking of cleaning all the registers and returns. It does very little to rub a brush across them and then put the vacuum on it. They were all still dirty. Something that I paid money for and have to turn around and do it myself. Direct quote " We use a combination of a power whip and powerful vacuum that work simultaneously and ran through the entire length of each duct - SUPPLY & RETURNS". I question the powerful vacuum. When a vacuum has high suction you can hear it. I barely new it was on. It say they run a power whip and suction simultaneously on each duct. This was not done and when I asked was told that it is only used on any returns. Nothing was used together. He blew air into the ducts and then stuck the vacuum in it. Not sure how or if the disinfectant was applied. The before and after pictures were not what I expected either. I could take off a register and stick a cell phone in it to take a picture. This process was not what I expected from the advertisement and the pictures in the advertisement. One shows the tech with a plastic cover, the vacuum attached to it, and the whip in the duct. That is not what I got. Now he did use the whip on the returns but other than that it was blown air and then vacuum. This is not an experience I would go through again nor recommend to anyone with this company. do not feel I go what I paid for with the cleaning or the treatment for the mold. Others may cost more, but you do get what you pay for.

Update to review: After being contacted by the company from this review, they offered me a free recleaning of the vents. I kind of look at that as nothing really free but completeing correctly what I paid for. Glad that I took them up on it because the 1st person that came out missed a return completely. The technician who came out the second time actually did the job the way I expected it to be done the first time. I was happy with the service the second time. I was not happy with having to waste a second day on my weekend waiting to have this done. I was not happy with the multiple calls because I had not updated my review or as they put it, just remove it alltogether. They start off with how everything went and if I was satified THIS time. Then the true reason comes in. The owner doesn't like bad reviews, if I am happy now could I update the review or remove it. Well here is my update. I will not remove it because if I do no one will see the negatives so that if they do choose to use this company, they know what to watch out for. As for me; I have had my service with them, I would never use them again nor would I recommend them. I would recommend the second person; whom I would referr to as a technician, who came out. I would give them 4 stars because of him, but 1 star for the aggrevation of the original experience, and the calls from the office who only truely cared about getting this review changed or removed. So here is the update.

They gave us the best quote we got to clean our gutters. We scheduled them and they came promptly. The cleaner was very courteous and provided photos of the clean gutters. He did a great job. I am saving their contact for next year. Highly recommend.

The entire experience with this company was wonderful. Nichole in the office was very sweet and helpful. The techs that came out were on time and very thorough and friendly. Excellent customer service all the way around.

Peachtree Chimney and Duct cleaning replaced my chimney duct and shroud. They performed excellent customer service, and provided quality work in a timely fashion and at a very fair price. I highly recommend them!

Misleading! Website for the AC duct cleaning shows pictures and you tube videos of inside the ducts, before and after. The only way to produce those photos is with a camera. Peachtree does not have a camera and cannot provide you with photos inside the vents. Their website is completely misleading. They have an Augusta phone number but don't even have an office in Augusta. Even their vehicle that showed up to my house has an the Augusta phone number on it. That says to me, you have a location in Augusta. If I'd known the only office was in Atlanta, 3 hours from Augusta, I never would have hired this company. I believe it to be fraud and will be reporting it to the BBB. The technician was very kind. The photos I was given do look better but it is only of the area I can see with my eyes and nothing down in the vents. My complaint is the website. It is 100% misleading. Miguel Jackson was very kind and informative.

We reached out to this company on October 30 and they were able to come to our home on November 3. However, they came earlier than anticipated, nothing wrong with that but I was not home and my husband was working remote and was unable to ask questions or make sure that the job was done thoroughly. Upon returning home I spoke with my husband, and he stated that the sweeper/inspector was here for no more than 15 minutes, so when I called to ensure that there was a thorough inspection, I was advised by the woman who answered the phone that yes I paid for the inspection And if anything was unsafe or recommended, they would’ve left that information for me. I attached the form here, stating that everything is satisfactory, but being unsatisfied with the services, we reached out to another chimney sweep service, whom then came in to tell us that our chimney was a fire hazard. In the other two photos (provided by another service) I attached to this review are pictures of the back firewall which has cracks and foundation nails visible. The chimney plate is rusted and indented which means it could cave in at any moment from heat. I am very happy and thankful that we did not burn the fireplace while waiting on this other more reputable company, who is Certified and very familiar with all home safety fire codes. If we would’ve taken ‘peachtree cleaning’ s inspection seriously we probably wouldn’t have a home or worse; our livelihood. I do not recommend this company for anyone trying to prevent a fire in your home.

Peachtree Cleaning cleaned my air ducts. 2 men arrived on time, were respectful of property and were careful inside our home. I could definitely smell the difference in our home after they left. Well worth it!

I cannot say enough about my experience with this company. Especially, Mark a wonderful technician. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing, very thoroughly examined my vent free log heater. He cleaned it exceptionally well. He made me feel very safe moving forward with this unit. The fee was so very reasonable. He will come back in August to prepare my logs for the coming season. After a horrendous previous experience from another company I was thrilled. Thank you so much Peachtee Chimney and Mark.

This is the best outfit to have your gutters and roof cleared of debris. Usually can schedule someone within 2-3 days and they have always showed up on time. Excellent work ethic too!

I can't remember the technicians name who came out yesterday. He was phenomenal, he educated me on the duct cleaning process, gave recommendations, he did not try to up charge or change prices once he got here. He was very professional, I highly recommend this company
