Brian came to provide a chimney sweep. He was personable and kind, which seems very "on brand" and consistent with my interactions on their company's website and my initial phone call with the office when I booked the appointment. Brian took me through all the steps of inspecting and cleaning the chimney and provided a clear quote to get everything up to code and operational for my wood burning fireplace. THANK YOU!!!

I have the pleasure of peachtree to clean my duct and my chimney and they did a really good job. These guys are very knowledgeable and very professional. They listen to you and Address the problem. Officer worker are very nice too.

Excellent company. Very cost-effective cleaning of the ducts in a 23 year old townhouse that probably never had ducts cleansed. The team was on time, extremely communicative, efficient. There was no debris/dirt left behind. Highly recommend

Had an extremely great experience today. Was able to schedule a same day appointment for a fireplace cleaning. Brian called when he was on the way and again when he was caught in traffic. Punctuality was top notch! Upon arrival, he was respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I loved that he gave tips without trying to upsell me anything. He left my house the way it was before: clean. HIGHLY recommend!

Mark is THE man! Peachtree Cleaning will be my go to for my fireplace needs. Service was thorough and Mark was so knowledgeable and didn't mind answering my 1000 questions. He even laid out a blanket to catch all of the mess which I feel like most contractors do not do when servicing the house. The area was spotless when he left.

Leon showed up, inspected and cleaned my parents chimney and gave us information about the quality of the fireplace. His price was extremely fair. I would recommend him to anyone!

Peachtree Cleaning did an outstanding job converting my gas log fireplace back to a wood-burning fireplace. Our technician, Mark, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. He explained the process clearly, checked everything for safety, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless. Scheduling was smooth, pricing was fair, and the craftsmanship shows. Highly recommend!!!

I recently had an appointment to have my gas fireplace serviced. The technician was professional, but I believe he was not as experienced and knowledgeable enough for trouble shooting my problem. There was an issue with one of the wires that kept the pilot light lit and an issue with the fan blower. The technician was able to get the pilot lite lit and the fireplace working. He told me that I would need to call an electrician for the wire and had no solution for the blower. He was hesitant to clean the fireplace for fear of movement with the wire. He left and the fireplace worked for a couple hours then nothing. My real issue came when I called the office three times to try and get another technician with more experience to come out to take a look. I called and spoke with the person that sends the request to the manager. I never received a callback for follow up service. I called and spoke to the person two more times. She told me that I would either hear from the manager or her to let me know what to expect. Two weeks have passed since my service, and I have yet to receive a call back. I understand they may have been busy, but it would have taken a couple of minutes to give me a call to set up an appointment when their schedule permitted. I understand that there may have been additional cost above the $99 and I was prepared to pay the increase. As it stands right now, I've paid $99 to Peachtree for absolutely nothing. I ended up having to call another fireplace service company. They were able to diagnose and repair the problem right off the bat with the wire. NOTE: This was a fireplace technician, NOT an electrician. He also fixed the issue with the fan blower with a simple screw. I suggested this to the technician, but he chose not to do it. My biggest disappointment was the lack of professionalism with the telephone clerk and the manager that never gave me the curtesy of a simple call back. Although I had to pay another company to service my fireplace to have it properly operational. It was worth it to have it done right. As for the $99 paid the Peachtree. You can have it. I think that as long as you provide faulty service and ignore customers that did not receive actual service, your company will not do well in the future. Enjoy the $99. You'll need it more than me. I do not recommend this company for service...unless you have money to donate to them.

The technician was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and worked with so much care. My fireplace not only works perfectly now but also looks spotless. I’m so glad I called Peachtree Cleaning to give me a quote and repair/replace my leaking gas valve and defunct and dangerous gas fireplace with a new and beautiful new and safe one on the home I just purchased! Not only did Mark see the problem with my fireplace that the home inspector and a plumber I consulted missed, he came up with an affordable repair and new gas fireplace! Mark was informative, taught me how to safely use my new safe fireplace and very neat and efficient! I also appreciated the office person who initially took my call and scheduled my first appointment to diagnose my fireplace and leak. Apparently, it was a blessing in disguise that I had a gas leak due to the faulty valve because if I had managed to light up the logs that the home inspector said just needed a new key, I would have flames shooting direct at me and into my living room because the home sellers rigged up an antique gas log to what should have been a wood burning fireplace with a gas starter! My new gas logs are beautiful and I love how Mark placed a pop off cover to easily access the gas gas valve area, should any new leaks occur again! I just can’t say enough positive things about Peachtree Cleaning and have now scheduled my gutters to be cleaned by this excellent, customer service company!

Needed pressure washing of my home, exterior garage and a large amount of concrete. They were courteous, had the best quote for services, technicians were on time and respectful of my property. Convenient payment options and excellent service. I recommend them 100%.

We used them before for Chimney repairs and cleaning - that was a great experience. However, they came out for gutter cleaning. Gutters seemed clean (based on before/ after pictures). What we didn’t like:
1) The technician did not use stabilizers for the ladder which risks gutters being dented/ damaged.
2) The technician dumped the dirt from the gutters in our flower bed, driveway, back deck and walk way. I just had someone clean the flower beds. I called in and had to have a lengthy discussion with the team. They ended up coming out again to clean up the situation.

While they fixed the situation, I don’t think I’ll use them again for this service. Too much ‘micromanagement’ necessary to get to a result that I expected on auto-pilot by hiring a professional.

We had a great experience with Leon! He checked and cleaned our chimney from top to bottom. A ladder outside and a rotating brush inside. He was neat and organized, and arrived on time. He also thoroughly cleaned our fireplace. We are good to go for cozy fires. I recommended him to our neighbor, he also cleans dryer vents which is what she needed along with a chimney cleaning and inspection. We will only use Leon from now on!

We were very happy with the cleaning for our various house needs that Peachtree did to our house. They cleaned our gutters, air ducts, pressure washed our home as well as our driveway and side walk. The work that they did for our house truly helped our home maintenance needs be smoothly completed.

The expertise that they worked showed let us know that they were true professionals. We had only had our house pressure washed before, but never the air ducts or gutters cleaned.

We would GLADLY recommend Peachtree to anyone that desires to get needed work completed on your home from a company that really cares about their work ethics!!!
