Best Service Ever! My technician, Joe, arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. My gas logs are working perfectly after the repair. I will definitely use Clean Air Atlanta for all my future gas fireplace and vent cleaning needs!

Gavriel was professional and provided excellent service. He arrived early and was able to quickly identify the issues with my fireplace. He gave a detailed explanation and options to resolve the issue. He completed the job in a short period of time and cleaned up the area. I will definitely use additional services in the future and I recommend this company.

Trell from Clean Air did an outstanding job cleaning my chimney! When he arrived, we discovered there was a nest inside with bugs, and he handled it thoroughly and professionally. He made sure everything was completely cleaned out and safe again.

What really stood out was his customer service. Trell was very friendly, patient, and took the time to explain the entire process before getting started. After the job was done, he even showed me before-and-after pictures so I could clearly see the difference and the quality of his work.

It’s clear he takes pride in what he does. The service was professional, detailed, and done with great care. I highly recommend Trell at Clean Air to anyone who needs chimney cleaning or maintenance!

They did as they were trained to do. I find the service to be acceptable but just short of astonishing. I commend them on customer service, friendliness and an overall great job. However to be fairly critical of the $700+ dollars I spent on A/C duct cleaning I expected a more thorough cleaning of the supply and return metal grates on the walls. I pointed it out to the lead tech he explained he cleaned it with a brush and thats how they were trained. So to no fault of his own I had to get down and clean 1-3 metal grates on the walls with a rag and some simple cleaner. Not a BIG deal really but I just imagined for $700+ being spent they would have trained their guys to not only brush the grates but polish them also to present an cleaner image to the customer and make it appear more as if the entire system was cleaned even down to the minor details like the metal grates polished up a bit more. Its kind of like when you go to a car wash and pay for a car wash and they do a great job washing the car but forget to clean the rims all the way... so not a negative review but just an honest one. The air ducts look clean, he showed me before and after video, it smells great and air feels clean and once again friendly people. Just slightly hard to swallow spending over $700 and still having to do some of the work yourself! Its ok though thank you all for the %99 given.

Excellent service! Both men who came out were friendly and professional. They explained the process before they began and answered all questions on what they were doing while cleaning. They also give you before and after photos of where they cleaned. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves as they went along. They worked quickly but efficiently and made sure to install return vents exactly as they were before. Very happy with the services they provided. Would definitely hire again.

I do not recommend this company. No pictures before and after, no explanation of what he’s doing and why I’m charged more than I was told. I had to ask the technician to cover his muddy shoes while he was stepping on my white carpets.
