Had Walter and Jamiomne in to clean our ducts. They were very courteous and respectful of our home when setting up and working away. They walked me through the process and explained how my system works and what maintenance we should be doing to keep it running efficiently. I am very happy with their service and would without a doubt refer them to my family and friends.

I feel like they took advantage of a situation. Because I didn't know how many feet my duct was. I expected to pay $99 and they charged me $227. They were there 10 minutes .

I was never told how many feet the duct was. This is the 1st I'm hearing it is 26 feet. Don't you think that is something the customer should be made aware of before the work is done and you charge them?

We initially went with this company because the company I was going to use was going to take two months to come out and clean my ducts and they have a five star rating. On the first visit the only thing that got cleaned were the return ducts. I tried to explain to the technicians that the supply ducts needed to be clean but they said that the negative hepa vacuum system they put on one of the vents should clean them all without using the brush. I explained that our previous unit had a problem with the air filter capturing dirt and that there is probably dirt throughout the whole system. They still did not clean the supply ducts with the brush.

I contacted the company who said that they don't use the brush on the supply ducts and that if I took a picture and they were still dirty that they would send somebody back out to clean them with the brush. After sending in the pictures we set up a return date for the technicians to come back out. They came back out and used the brush on the supply ducts but used a shopvac at each vent instead of the negative pressure system to collect the dirt. Not sure how they were able to ensure the supply ducts were clean in the attic area since they never went into the attic or took pictures that far up. I also had to reinstall one of the vents after they left because it was installed backwards and it was filthy, so I had to clean it myself.

I don't know why you'd clean the ducts and not clean the registers/vents the air has to pass through at the final step before entering the room.

Yes, they came back out to finish the job after I called them but the job still was not done to standard expectations. The return ducts are clean, the supply ducts LOOK clean where I can see them. The registers/vents are dirty.

Everyone that works for F & C Air Duct Cleaning is an absolute professional! The two gentlemen that performed the vent cleaning were so friendly & polite - they did a great job! I’m a very satisfied customer, and 100% recommend!

Ethan is superb! He was able to come the day after we called for an appointment and showed up on time. We had a really tough task with a dryer vent that hadn't been touched in years and Ethan was able to clean us up and get us back on the road to happy laundry despite the rock hard blockage in the vents.

This is the 2nd time I used this business and most likely my last. I have birds that keep making nests in my exterior vent... and called them out to clear the vents. My 1st service was great. I called, pricing was explained & the technicians that came out were promtp, professional and courteous. Since I had previously used them and had such a great experience I decided to use them again. I contacted them a week before Thanksgiving & the customer service representative again was great. The young lady explained the rate increase from the previous service, went over addl options on how to prevent birds from further nesting in the vents etc. The service was scheduled for the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. When the technicians arrived I was at work, however my 70yr old mother was there to greet them. Shortly after they arrived my mother called to let me know that the technician that came out was rude and disrespectful to her. He was so rude in fact that he didn't even take payment he left and contacted the office to have them call r

I spoke to the office and they sent the same technician back to my home after he had been disrespectful. He collected payment and was still rude. I was advised to send an email to the office manager Alex and I did within minutes of the technicians leaving. I still haven't heard back from the office about the matter.

I am very disappointed in the level of service provided by the technician and the lack of concern with the details included in the email sent.

I won't bash the company because the majority of the interactions with the company have been great but it doesn't seem as if they are too concerned about the way their technician(s) represent their company.

I called this Air Duct Cleaning this morning and they arrived an hour after I called them. Daniel and Michael were very professional and did an amazing job. We saw how much dust and lint there was in our ducts and how much cleaner they were after they finished. It even smells a lot better in our home.
I will definitely recommend them to all of my family and friends and will hire them again in the future.

Excellent service and thorough explanation of the details of the service. Placed the order with a cyber Monday deal - the service I ordered was for unlimited vents, but when they arrived we examined the job together and decided I would also need the intake vents and the air handlers cleaned. It was a reasonable suggestion since I’ve live in the house over a year and not sure when the last time the previous owners had the system cleaned. There was a lot of visible dust in all the vents, so I paid extra for their Full Service cleaning. There was dust all over the surfaces of the house when they were done, but I guess that’s to be expected. They arrived more than an hour past the 2hr appointment window.

The crew that came out to the house did a great job. We have 6 children and the house was chaotic but, they worked around the chaos.
They worked professionally and efficiently.
We are very pleased with their services. We will definitely have them service us again.

AMAZING! I don't believe there are words to describe how happy we are with the work that was done here. We just moved to a house we bought (built 1971) and we called the company to come in and clean our air ducts. The guys that showed up were very upfront and updated us about every step and asked our approval to do extra cleaning (and it was required!). They ended up spending the whole day here. We definitely feel the difference now at home. I recommend this service to anyone looking to clean up their air ducts and would definitely use their services in the future.

Yes, you need a minimum of 3 rooms and 250 square ft. for ALL 3 rooms for them to honor this voucher.
I did the math, you would need 3 rooms that average at about 83.33 sq ft for this voucher to be honored.
The average guest room is about 100-150 sq ft.
The average kids room is about 80-150 sq ft.
Now maybe you are thinking to yourself they can clean up to 250 sq ft and then stop but no! They do not do “partial cleanings” (also not in the Groupon).
When I inquired about the additional charge per square ft due to it being over 250 sq ft, I was given a price of $135, nearly double the price of the Groupon!
So unless you have 3 kid sized rooms at approximately 80 square feet each, do not book this company for carpet cleaning thru Groupon.

Quick service, friendly tech but I was appalled when presented with a card reader asking for a tip and the tech also verbally asking for one. This is not the type of service or business that should be asking for tips. I felt pressured to add one.
