Complete bait and switch. Contacted and scheduled service for Air Duct cleaning in which I thought I was hiring F & C Air Duct cleaning and a completely different company by the name of Air Green Solution showed up and thought they were about to the do the work in which they were turned away. To add wit, they showed up in a pick up truck and a shop vac. Would not recommend complete bait and switch tactic.

Straight up and sincere advice. Even got on the phone directly with another shop I was considering so I could hear the other guy duck and weave when it came time to prove out what he would do.

You get more than what you pay for. Spent 4.5 hours with 2 guys getting the guts of my AC and furnace spotless.

UPDATE:
An hour after the owner/tech left, I found out that they had not properly re-connected my dryer hose to the duct after cleaning the dryer duct. Once I tried to do it myself, I found out why. Rather than disconnecting the dryer vent hose from the duct elbow poking out of the wall, he had actually removed the elbow from the internal wall duct itself. Once off, there is simply no way to put the elbow back on without cutting some wall out. Rather than tell me what they had done, he simply jammed the elbow into the hole - leaving the vent pipe in the wall disconnected. Had I used the dryer, it would have been ejecting into the wall instead of running out as it should. Photo attached.

I called to have him come back and fix it, only to be told, "The dryer was running when I finished. It worked." I explained to him that the dryer wasn't the problem, that the problem was the duct he had left disconnected. I told him I wanted him to return to fix it.

Now he gets testy. He says, "You know I'm Jewish, right?" I'm not, so I wasn't sure what religion had to do with our problem. He then explained, that, as a Jew, he can't work in any way from 6PM Friday through Saturday. It was 6:10PM n Friday (yesterday). He told me I wold have to wait until Sunday. Trying to stay on topic, I didn't bother to point out the irony of how this would be taken by a devout Christian.

He then promised he would find somebody who could come out today (Saturday) to fix it. He said I would be getting a call in 10 minutes from a person would be coming out. I never heard from him or anybody he referred again.

I spent half a day wrestling with the elbow trying to get it back into the wall pipe. I tried modifying the pipe. I tried getting a different pipe. No go. Just a wasted trip to Home Depot buying a hacksaw and snips I didn't need before. There is no clearance to work with, so I had to cut some wall out, and buy an adapter to get the old elbow back on to the old dryer wall duct. What a pain in the rear this experience was.

He did an excellent job cleaning the ducts ($838.00 for two systems), but the quality was completely offset by breaking my dryer duct, and forcing me to repair it myself. I reverse my original 5-star review back to the 1-star experience I ended up with.

What a shame. He was so nice while here. That changed drastically after he left and was asked to be accountable for the problem he caused. In the end, I got stuck fixing and paying for what he broke.

I never received the call-back promised on Friday evening, for the alternate you promised who would come in your stead on Saturday. I couldn't call on Saturday after I learned you can't take a call on Saturday due to Sabbath. With no call-back, I rolled up my sleeves and got to work fixing the problem so we could use our dryer.

Since you left the duct elbow jammed into the wall without even re-connecting it, you certainly knew you left it improperly. Failing to complete the work and hiding the damage to begin with is just poor integrity and business practice. I don't need you to apologize that I feel this way. I feel this way because you didn't complete the work you well knew was left shoddily done. I shouldn't have had to chase you down after-hours to begin with. That's your fault; not mine.

To this moment, I haven't even gotten a direct admission or apology for what you did. You haven't owned up to anything.

Now I need to pay someone to come and repair the wall I had to cut to be able to re-connect the duct you left loose.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I should have read the reviews before using their services. If you are looking for a company to come out to your home and cause damage. This is the company for you!

In the process of cleaning my ducts and return, they damaged my return duct by disconnecting it from the return vent. Due to their negligence my AC kept running and would not cool my upstairs. I placed a HVAC service call because I assumed something was wrong with my AC. When the HVAC company came out, their finding were: the disconnected return vent was pulling all the hot air from the attic. When I reached out to FC they refused to take responsibility.

Their negligence resulted in $180 in AC service fees and extremely high utility bills. After making several attempts to resolve with FC I filed a charge back with my bank. FC emailed me claiming theft of service and threatening to file a police report if I did not withdraw my claim. My bank found in their favor claiming the work was done but I am $180 in service fees to reattach my duct and high electric bills.

In response to the owner response that I am unable to respond to. I contacted your office with the HVAC technician on site and was told that you would have someone out the next day. You never did, blocked my calls and made excuses.
