I am so impressed with this company. Chimney Mike found some serious issues with my fireplace due to the previous home owner stuffing a wood stove in the fireplace (not to code) and damaging the fireplace. Chimney Mike spent a lot of time explaining the issues to me and answering questions and discussing options. Then he told me he was not going to charge me for his trip to assess my fireplace and answer all my questions! He didn't think it was right to charge a customer for information even though he spent time and money to make the trip to my house to look at the fireplace. Thank you Chimney Mike!

This was our first time using Chimney Mike's. Mike was very punctual, friendly and professional during a visit to our home for an inspection. He went above and beyond to fix an unhinged damper and reopen the holes on a gas fire starter, a fixture and option we had no idea existed within our fireplace (talk about learning something new!). The owner, Tomas, lacks professionalism. He did not introduce himself, name-called customer, and attempted to take pictures of private warranty information without consent. When questioned about his behavior, Tomas abruptly left the work site and refused to complete the job despite money being paid to agency prior. If you care about where your money goes and the service you receive, it would be wise to avoid this company entirely.

This man cussed and yelled at my wife when he came to our house. I asked him to apologize to my wife and he berated me and said I was a racist, don't ever use this guy, he seemed reasonable at first but then exploded like an absolute crazy man. Keep your family safe!! Keep him away!!

This company pick and chooses when to answer their phone. They came out to service my A\C with my home warranty but told me it didn’t cover Freon. That didn’t make any sense since I also paid a deductible for them to come out so at that moment I wasn’t going to just going to pay because the service provider said that. While I was on the phone with my service provider. The man left before letting me know he was leaving my property. My door was halfway open and not locked. The warranty company called the A/C company to share with them my issue and said they would call me back in 10 mins but never called me. I called them 4 times and sent a text. He read my text and left me on read. Then when I called my Cinch Warranty company back they stated he is refusing to come back. REFUSING is crazy when they pay them. Terrible service never again!

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed — One Month with No A/C in the Middle of Summer

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. It’s been over a month since I submitted a repair request for my broken air conditioning, and my issue is still not resolved. In the middle of a hot summer, living without A/C has been miserable — and dangerous.

Every time I call, I’m told something different: “We’re waiting on parts,” “The technician will call you,” “It’s scheduled for next week,” — but nothing actually happens. They keep postponing or rescheduling the repair with no real updates or urgency.

This is exactly the kind of situation I bought appliance insurance to avoid. Instead, I’m left sweating in 90+ degree weather while they drag their feet. I’ve had to spend extra money on fans and temporary cooling just to make it through the nights.

If you’re thinking of using this company for appliance insurance — especially for something critical like air conditioning — I’d strongly reconsider. Their customer service is poor, communication is confusing, and response times are completely

We had an appt scheduled for this morning between 8 an 11 and no one showed, called or answered the phone. So unprofessional.

Came out to fix the problem and problem wasn't resolved and he never came back as promised I fussed at the warranty company and they had to send out another electrician.

AWFUL! I had to point out the problems to the guy, he didn't even find the problem. I knew right away I was in trouble and told him that. When he wrote up the claim to be processed by my warrant company, it was declined because he lied and said the problem was due to rust on the exhaust fans!! I am beside myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My AC gave out and I called my warranty company to only have to wait. I called this company at 6:45pm and the owner was at my house by 7:30Pm. He got my unit up and running within an hour. I am so glad I called him. I would not have be able to stay in my house another minute without my AC working. I still have not heard from my home warranty and it feels good in my house now. Very professional and the cost of the repair was reasonable.
