Excellent experience. Had to replace a chimney pan and one of the walls in the fireplace. Easy to set up appointment, they called ahead to let us know they were coming and showed up on time. Let us know what they would be doing and then did what they said they would do and left the worksite clean. Would absolutely bring them back if other work is required.

Just had our gas fireplace service by Daryn of Chimney Mike's Chmney Sweep. He inspected everthing and all good. Being a novice to gas fireplace he was thorough in make sure we new how to operate our system properly. I am pleased by the knowledge of this young man.

Called twice left messages for return call, finally called a third time someone answered and we scheduled appointment for 2:00 for a chimney sweep. They arrived at 2:30 with no call to say they would be running late. They were down in our basement all of 5 minutes and left not a word to the tenant so I called to find out what happened no answer so left message about two hours later we called again finally someone answers to tell us the liner needs changed. We received an estimate for 1,054.00. Meanwhile we got a second opinion and it was a birds nest clogging the chimney once cleaned out and tested everything is running fine and cost us 150.00.

I am very pleased with my chimney! Mike came out to give me an estimate and he was very kind and courteous. Very reasonable price for the quality of service. Also I love the fact that they cleaned up so well after themselves. Didn't leave a mess at all. Five star service

Chimney Mike's Chimney Sweeps was excellent for a chimney inspection and cleaning. I called to make an appointment and they texted the day of when the technician was on his way. Daryan, the tech, was on time, wore a mask the entire time, and even repaired our damper for no extra charge. Pricing was as quoted over the phone. We'll be doing business with Chimney Mike for as long as we need a chimney sweep! Highly recommend.

Recently converted wood burning to gas fireplace using Chimney Mikes. They exceeded my expectations in terms of professionalism and price. In one short inspection, Daryan (Mike’s son) reviewed the current fireplace and discussed various options. Within 2 weeks he was back installing gas lines and the insert while maneuvering through a crawl space and was even able to incorporate my family andirons in the final placement. Now it’s just time to get through this summer to enjoy it!

Chimney Mike's entire team is excellent. Entire process to schedule estimate and installation of REALFYRE gas logs was stellar. Chimney Mike's is professional, polite, pleasant, efficient, with good communications and follow up. HIghly recommend. Kept me posted on delay of product due to COVID supply chain disruption. Told me up front it would take longer than usual due to this situation, still arrived earlier than I expected. Installed beautifully, Mountain Birch fire logs are gorgeous.

Chimney Mike’s team did a great job on a rebuild of my firebox and install of a gas unit. They were very knowledgable and communicated details I needed to know about the install and also left the worksite very clean. Recommend if you need chimney repairs.

As new homeowners of an older home, we had Chimney Mike's come replace our flexible gas line and clean and replace the embers after our inspector had concerns. They were knowledgeable, on time, communicative, and overall wonderful to work with. Now we have a wonderful working (and safe!) fireplace. Highly recommend.

Chimney Mike’s did a coal to gas conversion + cleaning at my home. Daryan was prompt, professional, and did a great job with the installation. Communication was good from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend for your fireplace needs.

My realtor recommended Chimney Mike as a “no nonsense” solution, but sadly they are both full of nonsense and didn’t provide a solution. First, it took at least two days to get a response to my message requesting a quote to get my chimney capped. In the message, I informed them of my issue and provided a photo of my chimney. When the quote appointment arrived, it was clear that they had not looked at the image nor read my request in detail. I explained that my fireplaces were sealed and non-functional and that I wished to have the chimney repointed and capped for safety reasons. Mike told me taking the chimney down to the roofline was the cheapest way to go and to expect the quote Monday afternoon (this was Friday morning).

Monday came and went and I did not receive the quote until the end of the week. The quote was for an outlandish amount - more than cost to have my entire roof redone - and included work that didn’t need performed. I asked for an itemized quote and reiterated that some of the work didn’t need performed; however, I never received a response. As a homeowner and real estate professional, I find this behavior is extremely disappointing.

Daryan was a pleasure to work with. He inspected our chimney and replaced our gas logs. He helped us with our selection and was able to install the next week. He was prompt and kept us informed throughout the process. We would definitely use Chimney Mike's again.
