Evan from RSM was great when working through the quote and process. The team was out today to do the install. Everything looks and sounds great. (I can already feel a difference). I was able to use my existing smart thermostats that I really liked, too.

Our AC unit quit and I called RSM to come out and take a look. They came out the same day. They were there for maybe 30 minutes, fixed the problem and only charged me for the service call. Wonderful company!! I definitely would recommend using RSM!

This business, RSM Heating and Air, installed a 14 Seer AC, 1 stage gas furnace & 2 thermostats. I found them to be very professional, kept me posted on the arrival time, even help with the Wi-Fi setting of the new thermostats. Evan, the technician, mentioned that he would have to come out again, noticed some knobs were "chewed up" & needed to replace them.
I wouldn't have to register the new equipment, he was going to do it & send me a copy of the confirmation.
They wasn't the cheapest but they they wasn't the most expensive either. A family owned business who treat you like family. I will use them for the maintenance going forward.

Evan answered all of my questions when I called. He sent a reasonable estimate and scheduled me in a timely manner. Cameron and Brennon were on time, courteous, professional, and finished ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this company and Evan, Cameron and Brennan especially.

RSM gave us a very reasonable quote for the replacement of two aged HVAC system. They were out on time and was able to get them replaced before two that evening. I would highly recommend this company.

We received a 5 star service from Evan, starting with the phone call to when he left our house. He answered my phone extremely professionally and politely. I explained the issue and he immediately booked a visit based on our availability and explained the pricing (btw very affordable down to earth prices). During the visit he educated us on furnace maintaince and care and gave us tips to avoid running into the same issue again. He thoroughly inspected the entire system and answered our questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner. He never seemed rushed and gave us all his attention and time.
Do yourself a favor and only use this company for your HVAC needs.

If I had a nickel for every honest tradesman I met, I would have forty-five cents. This company fits that bill. Evan (owner) answered my phone call about a week ago regarding my HVAC. I just needed an annual inspection as well as an inspection to verify correct installation as it is a newer home. Came to find out quickly that the original installers dropped the ball to say the least. Evan was honest, fair in his pricing, and knowledgeable. Also an interesting and kind person to talk to as well. He was transparent in what my system needed as well as on time and fast to resolve my system’ issues. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has been burned before by an HVAC company before (I have) as it was a great experience.

Hard to be able to describe just how good they are at RSM. Pictures don’t do their work justice as it really is how about the place feels once their work is done. RSM is hands down one of the best construction companies I’ve had the pleasure of working with. If you’re doing a renovation, contact them early to confirm their availability and price out your job. Construction requires a good team and coordination, they’re much more than that at RSM. Professional & courteous, Evan, Cameron, and Michael are really top notch. 10/10!

Had my entire system switched over to a Heat Pump with a backup gas furnace. Evan was great to work with; answered all my questions; was patient and responsive to my "limited" knowledge of these systems. Will continue to work with RSM Heating and Air for my ongoing maintenance. Would strongly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or replacements. Great crew, great job!!

Evan was very personable and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and explained the cool features on the water heater he replaced. He supplied us with an upgraded water heater at a low price and installed it quickly. It looks great, and most importantly our water is hotter and gets hot faster!

He came out and installed my unit and thermostat and furnace in my attic. Everything looks amazing. His company went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend and use him again for my HVAC services!!!

From the start the service was impeccable and professional. Evan explained everything throughly. The techs arrived before time to survey the unit and get things setup for the installation. This company does not deserve the one star I gave. I had a new Air Conditioner put in in 2022 and whoever installed it (I believe Cory), who no longer works for this company. I have been advised that the old line drier in the liquid line in my attic should have been removed due to the new system having a drier inside the outdoor unit. This has caused the evaporator coil to leak refrigerant. I called the company last year, and I got no where. I was told by someone last year that nothing was wrong with the unit. This year I called and spoke with Harley, who advised that someone would reach out to me. I've called every week for the last month and no one has returned my call. upon speaking to Harley she would not assist in helping me get my Warranty information, in which they had to file it. I'm being told that in order to have this fixed, I would need to pay $1700. In which this is a Brand new unit that I purchased.

I want whoever needs to know that I will be filing a suit against the company to get what is owed for this mess that they created.

We are very pleased with the vent and vent hood installation that RSM did for us. Evan came and gave us a quote. They were very reasonably priced. He explained everything that they would be doing. He took pictures of the job so that we could see what they did.

Can't say enough good about this company. Super responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Their estimate was far better than the competition, and their service and follow up after the sale has been exemplary. I'm very grateful to have found them when my HVAC went out suddenly. They even loaned me space heaters while I waited (briefly) for the unit to arrive and be installed, at no additional charge. I can recommend them with complete confidence.

Evan and his brother are an amazing team!!!! Our system was really old and we were desperate as summer was beginning. Our electric bill was double in the summer b/c it couldn’t keep up.

However Evan came by with an estimate for our needs. He didn’t try to sell us more than what we needed. He provided a very reasonable estimate and solution. At the time Evan’s company was in the beginning stages of existence and he did not try to sell more than what we needed. The integrity, honesty and care for their customers was evident. Their company puts the customer first!

The best part is they offer financing. We got the perfect program we needed for us. If anything seemed wonky they literally make themselves available and fix the problem.

So….. if your looking for a company that puts the customer first, has integrity, honesty and care this company is for you!!!! They will do their very best to help you and bring you to where you need to be…
