Dustin and his team were so great! They did such a quick and efficient job and our house feels so much better after our AC went out. He was so understanding about me being clueless and explained everything to me very well.

*******Do not use this guy. He is not licensed and insured even though he claims he is. I was given one year of labor and service warranty for the new unit he installed which gave up in days and he never came back to fix it.

This young man is honest, he works hard, and he honors his quotes. He got a lot of nasty crap out of those vents in my "new/old" house and now it smells clean and crisp.
Do not fall for the low price hustlers. You get what you pay for and it was worth every dollar!!

I had my upstairs system replaced by Martin back in May. It took weeks for him to get it working consistently. He has promised to send over all the information for the 10 year warranty and workmanship guarantees but has failed to do so. I have made multiple attempts to contact him. The only time he answered was when I called from a different number. Now the system is not maintaining the set temperature or anything close and still no response from Martin. I understand this is a small business ran by him but I certainly can’t recommend this company if they aren’t going to stand by their work or as I noticed during the installation process may be lacking in experience. Back when we were in contact Martin was always pleasant and responsive so I don’t know why he has decided to ghost his customer. Over $8000 spent and no response is unacceptable.

Update. I am still waiting on a call. Another service tech inspected my unit and found it to be low with no leaks meaning it was never charged. It will not get cooler than 76 degrees on a 85 degree day.

Wow. Just wow. I have never seen anyone with more work ethic and passion about their jobs and my vents sure showed it! I’ve been meaning to clean my vents and he got the JOB DONE. Not only that but he ended up pulling a bunch of stuff out there I didn’t know was up there. The person who came even gave me a sample of his coffee out of the goodness of his heart and boy was it the best i’ve EVER had. THANK YOU MARTIN AND THANK YOU NEW LEVEL MECHANICAL!

It was a pleasure working with New Level Mechanical. I was struggling to keep my house cool with an old AC unit and Dustin came out and got me taken care of. They do great work, are friendly, professional, and made sure I was happy with their services. I can't recommend them enough!!
