Had a great experience with Cool United Air for a furnace preventive maintenance visit. Emerson was professional, thorough, and took the time to clean and inspect everything—from the flame sensor and pressure switch to airflow and safety checks. He explained what he was doing and confirmed the system was working properly before leaving. Very detailed service and well worth it. Highly recommend.

I called and the technician was at my house in about 2 hours. He made a through inspection of our HVAC system. He told me that the main problem was that the insulation in our attic had settled down severely in our 50 year old house. What we really needed was the work on the insulation in the attic.

My ac was out they arrived short notice for a good price. Martin and Bailee took good care of us.
