Tyler was a fantastic guy. We set up an appointment to get our refrigerator checked out. He arrived perfectly on time, and very communicative throughout the time he was here. He diagnosed the problem and had a short term fix (which ultimately didn't end up working) and provided us with a long-term solution.
He was honest, knew what he was doing, and was fully transparent about what he was thinking, which allowed us to make the right calls about our setup.
I would definitely call him again if we have issues with any of our coolers; and you should too!
