We had a leak with our AC that flooded our living room. Gerson, and his team sent someone out right away to help fix our system. They did an excellent job, and we appreciated all of their efforts. We will always call them with our heating and air needs. I highly recommend - wonderful company, and wonderful family.

Peyton was detailed, respectful and very efficient. Identified what was wrong with my unit and got it working again with a wonderful attitude. Dispatching was swift and follow up was constant. Very highly recommended.

I usually don't write reviews but I feel the need to write about it due to the fact you don't get such a great services nowadays.
The came early in the morning as they promised, they came in very respectfully, covered the entire floor with blankets from the front door to the attic's access and procced to replaced the heavy heavy 37 years old furnace and AC unit I had.
They cleaned after themself, took the old equipment and left my place impeccable.
I'll highly recommend this company.
And the price was good.

Cool United Air has been my go-to HVAC company since 2011. They are honest, responsive, and just all around helpful (on top of really knowing what they're doing). I've always had good interactions with all of their techs and they have never steered me wrong. If you're looking for some slick deal or to save a few bucks and skimp on quality, go somewhere else. If you value honest workers, quality technical knowledge, and respectful staff, stay with Cool United Air.

Our apartment complex recently started using Cool United Air after switching from another contractor, and I was so incredibly impressed with Emerson, who was able to figure out a complicated install/wiring problem (they did not do the install) that FIVE other contractors had been unable to fix! He was professional and thorough and kept me informed, and more importantly, he fixed it!
