I'd give New Level Mechanical 10 stars if i could!! Dustin was incredibly professional and knowledgeable!! He literally had our downstairs HVAC system back up and running in less than 20 minutes. He came out, diagnosed the problem (even had the part in the truck), installed the broken part and even replaced our filter. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest HVAC company!!!!!!

Dustin seriously did an AMAZING job with a difficult job that I struggled to find a vendor. I reached out on a Sunday and he called me that evening to talk about my job. He fit me in the next day at the end of the day and worked his tail off for hours to get some ductwork installed for a kitchen exhaust system. It was NOT an easy task. Dustin was resourceful, knowledgable, creative, amazingly professional, great at what he does, super hard working and diligent. This is a guy who can make it happen and that you want on your team. Thank you, Dustin! I look forward to doing business with you again!

Dustin did our duct cleaning earlier this month. He was nice, professional, communicated well and was on time. It was nice to see a video on how much of a mess he cleaned out!

I am writing again a year later.

New level mechanical came to replace my 11 years old brocken AC unit.
96 degrees outside and no available appointments for two days from other places. New level mechanical Technicians came the same day with all replacement parts and worked late to fix the problem. Can't be more grateful for the exceptional quality and service.

Bailee was dispatched to my apartment to fix my AC unit, she was very nice and punctual! She explained everything and didn’t take long to fix my broken Ac in this hot weather. So glad i found this company. Both her and the owner were great !! Five stars ⭐️, id go with them every time !

Our main floor A/C stopped cooling on a Tuesday evening and by Wednesday morning Dustin & team were out to the house running diagnostics and getting it back up and running. They were incredibly professional, personal, and well-prepared for whatever issues our A/C unit threw at them. It's clear they take a great deal of pride in their work and have the customer's best interest at heart. We will certainly call them again when the need arises

They came out to diagnose the reason why my upstairs was so hot. They figured out i had an overcharged system and lack of maintenance. Offered a tune up to me and looked into my vents and saw extra debris sitting in there that was supposed to be cleaned out from another contractor i had come out to do a "deep cleaning". They did a way better job than Airfficency. Would rehire!

Ryan Wilder went above and beyond!!! He went to home depot to get the part and explained everything. My AC went out after 6:00. I called and they immediately dispatched Ryan. Hats off for a job well done after hours!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dustin from New Level Mechanical LLC for the installation of a new AC unit in my office, and I cannot speak highly enough of his exceptional service! Dustin's expertise and professionalism truly made the entire process seamless and stress free.

Dustin was absolutely fantastic. Had an issue where my 3 upstairs neighbors’ HVAC pipes’ condensation was leaking into my condo. Dustin worked with all 3 of them to be able to properly insulate those pipes so the leaking stops.

Great service and would definitely work with him again.

Our upstairs air conditioning unit stopped working this past Monday. I contacted New Level in the early evening and they were at my house within 45 minutes. They were prompt to identify the e issue and had all necessary parts to fix the issue with the unit. They also identified a few other maintenance items to note but did not pressure to fix immediately. I would highly recommend New Level for any HVAC needs for their quick service, prompt responses and ability to quickly fix an issue.

Needed repair to mini split. Came in with a reasonable price. Very pleased Excellent job. Courteous and prompt. Helped coordinate on delivery delay from manufacturer. Great job!

I contacted New Level Mechanical when my HVAC unit started short-cycling. Dustin arrived promptly & throughly inspected the unit to diagnose the issue (Freon was leaking). After mitigating the leak, I was provided a 2-year warranty for a peace of mind.
