Absolutely amazing the most wonderful company I’ve ever called out to work on my refrigeration Ice machine and hvac unit When fridges stopped working, they immediately almost same day and came out and got it up and operating and helped me out with price. These guys are amazing. Would recommend for the McDonough area for anybody that needs a five star professional quality great customer service company thank you for the tech that came out and operated on our units would recommend for anybody in the Mcdonough area or in Henry County would call again would recommend again absolutely amazing.

THIS IS NOT A REAL COMPANY!!! BUYER BEWARE!! Through some weird scam, they got someone to join our neighborhood group and advertise a group rate for dryer AND washer cleaning services. They showed up in an unmarked van, "cleaned" the dryer in about 20 minutes and said they were done. I asked about the washer vents as that was included in the service description I was sold. The tech tried saying that wasn't included and gave me some additional excuses about it. I pulled up my messages and pointed out that it clearly said WASHER. He reluctantly went back up and "serviced" the washer. I wish I wouldn't have asked because this incompetent tech created a leak somehow and has now caused thousands of dollars in damage. Can't get ahold of anyone, no one responds or cares. RUN AWAY THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

Sears did an amazing job with replacing my HVAC unit.

My air has been out since Monday, 5/20 and this past Friday, 5/24 was the only day that they had open. They gave me a time between 8 am to 5 pm. I called three times after 12 pm to see when the technician will arrive. The confirmation called mentioned that the technician will call you to give you the approximate time. I never received that courtesy. They cancelled my appointment at 3:30 pm on Friday. This was very disappointing and unacceptable especially with temperatures in my house over 85 degrees. We could not find any one to service our unit last minute especially during a holiday weekend.

Worst company. They have so many online Google pages, but if you do an overall research they are the worst company to deal with.

Terrible. Took 2 weeks for 1st appointment. Then ordered a basic fan and turn out the ordered it wrong. Wasted another 2 weeks. I went with them because of insurnace. I could have changed myself for 75 bucks. Another reason for to think the home appliance insurnace and these companies are so inefficient in the way they do their work. Slow, inefficient and costly. Better to watxh youtube vidoe or ask chatgpt and do repairs yourself.

Petronio serviced our system for a new to us condominium and got us into ship shape order.

Our air conditioner had stopped working, and it had a leak. One of their guys came out and said that we need a whole new air conditioning unit and gave us a quote for about $4K. I got a second opinion, and I'm glad I did.
The new technician that came applied a strong sealant to the leak and refilled the coolant. He also cleaned out out units outside. Now our air conditioner works fine. It may not last forever, and eventually, we'll have to get a new unit, but all was not lost. He also said that whoever the previous tech was had loosened some screws while he was in there. I won't be using them again.

My Air Conditioner in my house died, and upon the recommendation of an old HVAC tech, I had a total of 5 quotes done for the replacement of the unit. This company had the fairest price, and most integrity.
Unlilke the others, they did not try to up sell me with a new furnace I didn't need.
The AC was bad - NOT the furnace. Got to love the honesty.
They did a such a great job, I also had them insulate all the returns as well as install a media filter. Thanks

I would not call anyone else in Atlanta. Fixed my broken AC at a fair price. Will definitely call again.
