This weekend our AC decided to bite the dust in 90 degree temps while I’m 9 months pregnant. I left the house to find cooler temps and to my surprise when I returned 3 hours later, my husband had made contact with Jere, who sent Michael out and the whole issue was resolved. On a weekend. Praise God from whom all blessings and AC flow. Will always trust them with our unit, and so thankful it could be repaired, not replaced!

Comfort Professionals is privately owned and operated by a team I trusted all my Heating and AC appliances to for over 10 years. The team exited their old company when it was taken over by a private equity firm. What ensued was poor customer service and sales people disguised as maintenance people. CP has gathered the old team and just launched a few weeks ago. I jumped on the chance to reunite with a group I can trust. If you are unhappy with a "big boy" check out CP.. You won't be disappointed.

We had been a customer of another locally owned HVAC company for years. Unfortunately, it was gobbled up by a private equity firm, and the quality and customer service plummeted. Comfort Professionals was formed by the leadership team of that old company, and it was exactly what I was looking for: high quality with the personal touch and responsiveness you can only find in a locally owned and operated small business that is actually beholden to its clients. They swiped up some of the most experienced technicians who had worked at the old company, and were also disappointed by the direction that company had turned. We just used Comfort Professionals to replace an entire HVAC system, and they were superb! They presented several options, ranging from replacing the leaking evaporator coil itself to replacing the entire system with either a 1 stage or multistage system. There were no hard sale tactics. We got quotes from several other companies, and they were several hundred dollars cheaper. The new system works perfectly, and we have since moved our maintenance contract for all our other HVAC systems to Comfort Professionals. I recommend them without reservation!
