The guys that run the shop are super cool and very knowledgeable. They have tons of Milwaukee stuff too at a decent price.

Customer service is above par, coupled with a wide array of general HVAC accessories and parts for Daiken (Goodman/Amana) equipment Ferguson is great at what they do!

Crazy slow service. With 3 people in line took almost 30 minutes to get to counter just to have them tell me they wont sell home owners electrical parts for an A/C... Went to Grainger and was back in my truck with the part in under 10 minutes. A/C working again

If I ever need hvac supplies this is a great place to go. Staff is very helpful, and much cheaper than some of the other companies for the parts I needed. They will definately have a customer for life.

Worst place ever!! If you are in any kind of a rush do not come here!!! You be here for at least 45 minutes! When you walk in you need to yell for help so someone might hear you to get service. If at all possible just go somewhere else!

Today I come with my sister to help her fine some air condition, the guy told in Spanish was so rude and he doesn’t want to help us, we only was looking for price, we show name company and certificate refrigeration we want to know like were we born, city state everything, he doesnt want to sell and he never show what is the required to get account, please training people to help people no to scared customer

Probably the slowest customer service hvac shop in whole ATL. Waits are over an hour long .. took me about 45minutes minutes just to get one suply grill.. I will understand if there are multiple people purchasing at onces. But when there like 2 customers and you still gotta wait over to your materials.. Come on

Mike was awesome installing our new 3-ton HVAC unit and furnace. His prices were very fair, he was timely, quote was in writing (not a text message) and he was transparent and always communicated in advance. Highly recommend for any maintenance or new install. We have used him before and he came to our house on a weekend evening to repair our furnace during a hard freeze.

Mike is the best! I used to use one of the big companies, and they were constantly trying to sell me a new (very expensive) system. Mike fixed my old system and kept it running for years. And when it was finally time for a new system, he did a great job at a reasonable price.
