I highly recommend Comfort Professionals. Richard was very professional and explained all that he was doing when performing my bi-annual maintenance. I switched to Comfort Professionals from another company and it was definitely a good move.

The guys at Comfort Professionals are top notch. They are extremely responsive, do great work and go above and beyond to ensure things are done right the first time. We have a couple older units and they have kept us running and comfortable through this hot summer. I would have no problem recommending them wholeheartedly to any that ask.

My technician Richard got to my house on time and was very friendly and professional. He taught me some information about my units that I had no idea about. I’ve signed up for the yearly service program and I would recommend you do the same. I trust them to take great care of my AC units.

Joe at Comfort Professionals promptly scheduled my HVAC semi-annual service and explained the entire process to me, so I knew what to expect. Matt arrived to service our two systems and, I do not know what he did, but the AC was so efficient I had to turn the thermostat down by four degrees. Comfort Professionals has saved us money on its annual service plan, and we will continue to use them and refer Comfort Professionals to friends and neighbors.

We are extremely happy with Comfort Professionals. Love being able to call and get a local person and not someone in another town with a huge national chain. Their response time is very quick and usually get to us the same day we call.

I recently hired Comfort Professionals to come out and replace my faulty thermostat that had been installed by another company, and decided to sign up for a maintenance agreement. So glad I did because Richard painstakingly and patiently cleaned the panels on my A/C, which were filled with cat hair and debris. He was courteous, prompt, and skilled when testing the metrics on the A/C. He also educated me on future maintenance. Thank you, Richard and Comfort Professionals. I now feel that my HVAC system is in reputable and competent hands! I might also add that Jere was exceptionally accommodating and kind when I needed to change my maintenance schedule. Comfort Professionals do terrific work and are a pleasure to work with! For the past ten years, I had used a wonderful local company for my HVAC service but they were bought and sold a couple of times and I was not satisfied. After doing some research, I selected Comfort Professionals. They are locally owned and operated, honest, professional, reliable, and get the job done! In fact, many of the same great folks I had gotten to know at the prior company are now working at Comfort Professionals. High recommend.

Richard was great. Very thorough, polite and communicated well. Fixed a condensation line flaw from a poor installation by another company and did a detailed servicing of both of our units.

Great service team, now that I have met all 3. Honest and faster service than I have been able to get from the bigger companies, especially when I had an issue. Communication is outstanding. I much prefer supporting the non-corporates!

This company provides amazing service at reasonable prices, and is just a pleasure to deal with every time. We recently moved and decided to switch our service from one of the "big name" firms to Comfort Professionals. Even for routine maintenance (we are on their annual plan), they do such a great job explaining every step of what they are doing and they never try to "upsell" you on things you don't need. Most importantly, they always make time for their customers when there is an issue or problem. Example - earlier today, we noticed our upstairs A/C unit was not cooling properly and it was much hotter than normal on the second level of the house. This problem was made even worse by the fact that we had people coming to stay at our house tonight. I contacted Jere and he responded almost immediately, told me he would try to re-arrange some things on the schedule and have someone come out this afternoon. Michael showed up and did a great job diagnosing and fixing our system (turned out it was a capacitor issue, not a major fix required). System works great now. Just one example of how this company earns it reputation every day and offers a level of service and professionalism that you don't find often these days from any service provider.

Comfort Pros hit this one out of the park. They installed two units in my home and I could not be happier. Not only did they do what was contracted for installation, they went above and beyond with instructions and guidance for me and my wife for the house and control of our new system. The three man team were prompt on their arrival and efficient in their install. They cleaned up after they were done and you could t even tell they had been there. They even installed three up to date thermos stats for us as well as a couple safety features for our home. I could not be happier with my heating and AC decision. I will be letting others know that Comfort Pros is the way to go.

Comfort Professionals is an outstanding company that will get the job done right! They saved me huge bucks by being honest that my system just needed a repair not a full replacement like my other company told me. They show up on time and are highly Profesional. You won't go wrong with them!

I started using Jere and his team under duress when my A/C stopped working in the middle of summer. The first quote from TE Certified gave me two options: a) buy a new coil for $3k and a 1 yr warranty or b) buy a new unit for $8k (not including a “deal” lowering it to $6k) and they could finance it. Luckily a neighbor told me about CP bc their A/C had the same issue. Jere was able to get the same coil for less than the price of the other company and a 10-yr warranty. That was experience #1.

Then came another experience #2 revealing exactly how honest they are compared to the same competitor, TE Certified. I had both companies come out to do service maintenance. When TE came out, they said I should spend a few thousand dollars for “maintenance.” Knowing they lean to selling unnecessary and expensive “repairs”, I did not react and fall prey to their methods. When CP came out, they did their thing and it cost nothing extra. I had no repairs needed.

Today, for experience #3, CP came out and fixed my A/C for nothing during a maintenance visit! The switch was accidentally turned off by my handy man. I can only imagine what an opportunity that would have presented for the A/C businesses like TE that take advantage of the unknowing and unsuspecting customer.

Thankful to Jere, Richard and others from this honest and customer-first business. Please don’t change. The world needs more like you!

During the summer when my AC unit went defunct, another company which was recommended to me advised me that they could provide me with a new coil for a 1-year warranty or a whole new unit for $7k and a 10 year warranty. (TE Certified) Fortunately, Comfort Pros were ALSO recommended. Jere had no knowledge of this offer. His team came out. They confirmed I did in fact need a new coil. They did not try to pressure me into buying a whole new unit. AND, the new coil is with a 10-year warranty. His team is honest, polite and reliable. I have the experience (sadly) to compare to!

I HIGHLY recommend Comfort Professionals!! After receiving a very high estimate for a repair from another company, Comfort Professionals (my 2nd opinion) found that we didn’t even need that repair. I completely trust Jere and Joe, and have had a very good experience with Richard who just performed our semiannual inspection. We are now on their maintenance program and couldn’t be happier with the service.

We love comfort professionals! They have been friendly and honest. First hired them to fix an issue that another tech said would be thousands, they did it for less than $200. Continues to use them for annual maintenance. They just replaced our unit last year and we are very happy!
