We've used BTucker literally for decades. They have always been great. Completely responsive and consistently nice to deal with. I'll always remember when they came out for an emergency call right before thanksgiving guests were coming in to town. Happy to recommend Btucker.

We moved into our house in June. The main A/C unit wasn’t working. A maintenance technician was across the street. I asked for his help and Mr. Tucker showed up 30 minutes later. We had a new unit the next day. I will use this company until I change my residence. Great example of a small, individually owned company. And his employees are professional, efficient and courteous.

After many years of messing around with the big companies (mostly unhappily) we discovered Tucker and have been happy ever since. Small and family-run, they provide friendly and reliable service. Highly recommend!

Great Service at reasonable prices!! Petronio has been here twice. Once to replace my heating system and once for A/C care. He came out even though the roads were iced over. He makes it out here either the same day or the next day. Very pleasant to work with and now they have my trust!

They’ve always responded quickly to problems, never tried to sell us something that we didn’t need and I always felt we can trust what they say. They designed the system in our current house and have maintained it now for 15 years.

B Tucker has taken care of our system for many years....even before the new furnace and A/C were installed. Also Lee advised us about installing a dehumidifier.

I first met B Tucker Heating & Air about 10 years ago when they worked on an extensive renovation. Ever since, they have performed biannual maintenance, installed a new furnace, and fixed a non-working A/C unit. Lee even helped me track the reason for a leak in my first floor ceiling (which was not due to any HVAC issues). They are thorough, honest and do a great job. I highly recommend them!

My business partner used them for our last couple of projects in Decatur and they did a great job especially since it was an investor project and we wanted it good, fast and cheap. Normally you can only get 2, but their pricing is actually really good and especially for the quality and the service you get. They did the rough in like a day which is crazy good.
