This was a very smooth process, from setting the appointment to completing the service. I was appropriately notified with an exact ETA before their arrival, and the service was explained well and expertly completed with great care for my home. I highly recommend this company.

The house smells so good and the air feels cleaner now! And the dryer is working like it's brand new. Jamal is the definition of professionalism. He took his time to explain every step of the process, was patient, and thorough. He was also so clean in his work.. from the shoe coverings to cleaning up all of the dust/lint from the dryer and removal of the return vent. I had an amazing experience!! My house smells glorious!! Jessie was my tech and he was SO PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I wish all service techs can be like him. He was very prompt, knowledgeable, and just an all around good energy. I’m so glad I chose them….there weee other businesses but this provided me with the quality I expected and I’m very pleased. Great experience from booking to the appointment itself. My technician not only performed the agreed upon tasks but educated me along the way about what he was doing and how to maintain the life of my air duct system. I already set a reminder for when the next visit is due and to call these folks specifically!

I gave them a try because of the positive reviews and was not disappointed! Jamall was punctual, communicative and friendly. He walked us through the entire process and did an amazing job. He even gave us pointers and tips for keeping our system running smooth.

Literally saved me and my family $500 (from another but larger air duct cleaning company.) Cleaned my ducts, removed the mold and unclogged my dryer vent at such a reasonable price. Jamall was great at explaining the process and provided lasting results.

I was referred to this company from a friend. I’ll go ahead and refer them to everybody LOL! First off! The young man was on time and did a great job explaining what he was doing and the entire process. I didn’t have to break the bank, they have good prices. No mess was left behind and my house smelled so good even after they left. I can now sleep without waking up with a stuffy nose 😌

Very unprofessional service. I was scheduled for an appointment during the morning & the technician never showed up. When I call 5 hours later trying to figure out why nobody showed up, I get a male receptionist who is clueless as to my appointment & providing an answer to the point I get told I'll receive a call back when he "figures it out". An hour goes by, and mind you, it's mid-afternoon, 90 °F in the house and haven't heard a word about the situation. When I call back to get an update, I receive an attitude from the male receptionist telling me "he'll call back later"! I told him don't bother.

All in all, dealing with 24 Hour Air was a headache, unprofessional, unreliable, and full of bad customer service. I hope they & potential customers read this: Save yourself time & call some other company that values your time & money!

They were able to replace AC unit at a good price. However, they managed to charge my card more than twice the original cost. They did not return my calls - i had to constantly call them in order to resolve the issue! The technicians are ok but the back-office is outright unacceptable! I'm willing to pay extra not to deal with them!
