Nate and the Superior team did a great job fixing my HVAC. They were able to come out on a Sunday, and the pricing was very fair. Nate was super polite and considerate - he explained exactly what was going on with my unit and took care to leave things how he found them in my home.

I'm a little late writing this review but i wanted to share my recent experience with Mr. Superior Maintenance. On Apr. 3, I reached out to the company for a last minute lock change and I was thoroughly surprised that I didn't wait a long time for someone to come out. Not only, did I receive fast service I was educated on various locks and found out I didn't need to replace the actually locks but a reset so I have new keys without the expense of new locks.

Nate was very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he did and why. He got my AC running again the day after I called for service. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I highly recommend!!!!

Heat broke in the coldest night of the year and Nate came over in 30 minutes to check it out and try and fix. Needed a new heat pump and they found an affordable and efficient unit and installed it ASAP. Great service.

I would give this company 10 stars. I had a heating problem in the winter and then a leak in the coil system. My daughter also needed an air condition unit a couple of years ago. This company came to our rescue immediately. The service is excellent and all of the staff is very polite and well to work with. I would highly recommend using their service. I plan on hiring them for all my projects in the near future.

I am blown away! Mr Superior was so good it felt like a joke. We were about to schedule online for the next day but they came out that evening! They determined we needed a new system which I already expected. Then they ordered it, got several prices for us and then ordered and installed. From first phone call to installation and cold air again? 48 hours. Unreal service.

Nate and team did an AC tune up and vent cleaning. Nate did some quick fixes - added refrigerant and changed out a part - on the AC which made a big difference, and he was great to work with - always on time, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend this company and Nate.

On top of that, I was juggling jury duty, making it difficult to coordinate repairs.

We Need new windows in this project and Nate and his team were responsive in providing an estimate that we can afford. I had an emergency over the weekend (Saturday morning) . Electrical fire in a wall socket. I was referred to Mr Superior by a friend. Nate from Mr Superior fixed my problem. I was able to book an appt on Sunday morning. Nate arrived as scheduled and had my problem fixed in no time. He was able to fix a couple other sockets that had the same wiring issue. I highly recommend Nate. He was prompt and professional and I learned a lot about my kitchen wiring and appliances.
