I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely the worst parts place in the South Eastern United States. The prices they quote change even though you have an email, shipping is terrible, getting the correct part is probably 50/50 shot at best. They keep no inventory everything must ship from factory. Then when you pick out a location make sure it’s no where near any other parts houses, make sure it’s on the other side of town by itself with horrible access through traffic. Parts houses are like a Home Depot. One comes in and then a Lowe’s and then a Walmart so on and so forth. Supply houses are the same usually, Johnstone, Trane, United, Mingledorffs etc all within a few miles of each other. If only McQuay parts were available some where else. Make sure you triple check your orders.
