I havent had air in 3 weeks. 3 weeks with NO Air Conditioning. Its currently 90 degrees outside. I called to see if someone could please work with my contractor so he could pick my condensor up after they close. The first man said they were short staffed and no one was willing. (Thank you for your lack of empathy). I called back and a woman answered the phone. I asked if someone else was on the line and apologized for pausing so much. She stated "ima stop you right there, im not even supposed to be talking to you if youre a customer" Completely rude and unprofessional. She needs to not answer the phone anymore if she doesn't have patience or phone etiquette.

Just rude. Was trying to set up a new account for new building I’m working in and see if they had part in stock. Seems like they didn’t want my business. I’ve been using you guys for 10 plus years and won’t be back due to this.

These guys were on our recommended vendor list for my building, and considering what they had to work with I was impressed they were able to get this job done without incident. My residence uses a water source heat pump with some very inconvenient obstacles in the way (notably a shutoff valve directly in front of the box and sprinkler head above), and only a very small area to work with in terms of getting the old unit in and out, also in a very narrow work space. Either one of those gets broken, bad news for everyone, and they were able to get this in and out successfully without any notable damage. Definitely creative problem solvers for installation and removal and would recommend again.

I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Breezeway! I had several hard to find leaks in my (4 year old) HVAC system. Though it took some time, Reggie, Michael, and Damian tracked them all down and repaired them all! Throughout the whole process, Breezeway employees kept me updated on their progress and exactly what I should expect to happen. Their professionalism and expertise are second to none! They also were VERY reasonably priced, only charged me for what was absolutely necessary, and even took it upon themselves to personally take care of us when the HVAC warranty supplier messed up and provided us with the wrong replacement parts! These guys are reliable, were always here when they said they'd be, and most importantly, they are HONEST!! I am officially done with other "do-nothing, but charge a fortune HVAC companies". Breezeway has earned a customer for life! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Company was contracted by my home warranty. Technician incorrectly wired the unit and therefore no heat upstairs. Unit was not set level when installed. Did not hard pipe as inspectors request hard piping. Water leak at seal, potential for major water damage. I do not recommend using this company. I had to call a friend / owner of another HVAC company to fix the issues.

Despite me not having my ducks in a row for my service appointment, Damian was polite, patient and understanding. Although I had to reschedule for the following week, he was on time and helpful. So glad to have a functioning AC unit in this heat!!! Would definitely recommend.

I could write a novel on how great my experience with Breezeway was. From their services to their customer service, Breezeway will rival any major heating and air company in Atlanta. From the kind individuals answering the phones, to their affordable prices, I will never have to look for another company again.

Avoid the home warranty companies and go straight to Breezeway. You will be glad you did.
