Heating and AC can be so expensive, but it is a necessity. In my 25+ years as a homeowner I have never been so appreciative of an A/C repair & servicing as Breezeway. I have used them for servicing for about 4 years and every technician is so knowledgeable and friendly and even through the pandemic we have had the best service. About 2 years ago, they noticed a potential problem in our unit during maintenance. They were not at all high pressuring, they let us know what would happen and an estimated cost if broke down the line (a much older unit). I asked for a quote, and a quote from 3 other businesses. Their quote was certainly competitive, but the real difference is that their estimate and customer service went into great detail and described every part of what they do. They answered questions and when two others were trying to sell me more expensive units, they explained why they would not personally recommend those. When we decided to refinish our basement, I did not hesitate to use them to install a unit in the basement. I am so glad I did because they really thought through all of the venting, code, etc and the contractor asked if he could use them for his future projects.

Run from this company. They accused my wife of talking inappropriately and all she did was ask questions as I was listening the whole time. My elderly mother also told them she said nothing wrong. Plus the diagnosis was totally wrong as they said there was no Freon in the system but was actually full and one of the two systems was working correctly. They don’t even come to your house dressed professionally. He showed up wearing a tshirt. How was she threatened over two women and one is elderly. Really.

We received excellent service from Breezeway! Their team was courteous and professional. They provided expert advice on how to optimize space when installing our AC unit. We were very happy with the quality of their work!

Had same day service for a heating issue. Jason knew the exact issue upon inspection, and very courteous. Didn't recommend new or replacement furnaces like some of the competition out here and all prices were very reasonable. Very knowledgeable with the systems incorporated with Townhomes in the area. Looking forward to continued business with them.

This is my second great experience with Breezeway. The first one was a new AC unit for one of my rentals and the price was very responsible ( I got a couple other estimates ), the guys were there when they said they would be and finished on time. There was a minor issue and the Breezeway came right back out and fixed the problem. This second unit was for my house and the customer service was outstanding. Breezeway installed an upscale Bryant unit (again they edged out the competition on price ), Michael the owner was easy to deal with and didn’t try to hard sell me on a more expensive unit, he just answered all my questions. I can recommend this company without reservation.

I can't rave enough about the excellent job Field Tech Josh did. My entire experience with Breezeway Heating and Air was top-tier. From connecting with Kesha to urgently scheduling a visit to check out my AC unit, to Josh arriving on time and thoroughly educating me on the issue and best maintenance practices, everything was handled professionally. The price was fair as well. Thanks again to the Breezeway Heating and Air team. You're the best!

My furnace stopped working this morning on the coldest day of the year. I called Breezway Air and Heating. After being offered an appointment in 48 hours I asked for and was given an emergency appointment. The technician came in about 90 minutes and quickly got my furnace fixed. He also explained to me how the power outage in our area had caused the problem and what to do in the future to avoid a recurrence. I'm extremely pleased with how Keshia handled my service request and got someone to help me so quickly and with the great job Robert did getting my furnace running. I highly recommend Breezway for your HVAC service needs.

I appreciate their updated maintenance agreements; I can now pay monthly for the maintenance service that I receive twice a year. Along with many other great benefits. They took into consideration others financial status with the monthly option instead of paying all upfront, which made me feel like they really care to help!

They serviced my unit with minimal hassle. They were very thorough with their work and answered all questions.

Breezeway was great to work with - they replaced my two units in a condo building, and were able to do it both quickly and cost competitively right as summer was starting to bring hot temperatures. Would definitely recommend to others and would use them again!

I highly recommend this HVAC company because they are very honest, affordable, and professional! They were able to fix the AC in my personal home without charging an arm and a leg! The office reps were kind and prioritized my needs! The technician diagnosed my issue and was able to fix it same day! Couldn’t get any better than that!

I have been using Breezeway Heating and Air for the past 15+ years and I can’t express how much I appreciate them. Over the years they have kept both of my 25 year old systems up and running smoothly! In late spring I decided to have them install a new system on the main level and Michael helped me select the best system for my needs. Jonathon was the installer and I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism, cleanliness , and attention to detail. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Breezeway Heat and Air. After spending $7,000 on a brand new HVAC system, it failed after just two years. When I called them for service, their technician seemed unsure of the issue and had to consult their internal support, who rushed him off the phone and provided incorrect advice. They promised to follow up with a quote and timeline for parts, but never did, leaving me in 90-degree heat with no AC. (its been two weeks and they still haven't responded with the quote or offered to order any parts) To make matters worse, when I finally called another company, they discovered that Breezeway had wired my unit incorrectly from the start, causing damage and additional costs. Ultimately, I had to pay for a new capacitor and correct wiring. This company's lack of expertise and poor customer service ended up costing me more money and headaches in the long run. I strongly recommend avoiding Breezeway Heat and Air and choosing a more reliable company.

We have used Breezeway for years and have always been completely happy with their service and communication. They are always quick to respond to service calls and are always professional and on time. They care about their customers.

I highly recommend Breezeway! Tyler found the problem which was in my thermostat where others couldn’t. I recommend them so much so I have them doing an annual maintenance plan to keep my units maintained and running properly. Great company!

Heating unit in the basement started turning on and shutting off during the second winter storm. To be safe I shut the unit off and called Breezeway. Tyler came out to trouble shoot and found out that I had a wire that was not connected all the way causing it to burn the wire. He sent me pictures of the issue and got me reconnected and heat back on. Definitely want to thank Tyler for being my HVAC guy and electrician!

They should be called breath of fresh air! After a month of being lied to, ripped off and ignored by 3 other local companies, I found breezeway through a referral. From day one they were immediately responsive, honest, professional and fair with their pricing. On installation day I was blown away by their hard work, patience and expertise. They were here for 12 hours with no break for 2 jobs and would have stayed longer if needed to get the job done right. HUGE shout out to the lovely ladies in the office, Tyler, Johnathan, Jeffery and Kevin B. We need more companies like this. HVAC replacement is a huge expense and breezeway is your partner.
