What a fantastic service oriented company. They are not like the big guys that want to get in & out as quick as possible and charge you an arm & a leg. The technician (Kevin) came in, put on booties and reviewed every system and made sure all were operating at 100%. The primary bedroom unit has been noisy for 2 years and no one could figure out what to do (except rip it out and start over for big bucks). My spouse told Kevin I have not slept through a whole night in 2 years due to the noise and being a light sleeper. Kevin took that as a challenge and with 20+ years experience, figure a way to make the air blowing in to be quieter. Last night I had my first real night sleep. Kevin is a miracle worker. Keisha is wonderful as support. Never thought I would love an HVAC company, but I do this one. Highly recommend…

I can't say enough good things about Breezeway Heating and Air! Getting an appointment was a walk in the park—I snagged one just two days later. They came recommended by another HVAC company that doesn’t cover my area, and I'm so glad they did. Julia was fantastic when I called. She picked up right away, super friendly, and made sure I got the best deal possible—all while knowing her stuff about maintenance.
And then there's Tyler, our tech wizard. Seriously, he's one of the best! He explained everything he was doing - making it easy to follow along. He was honest about what we really needed and what we didn’t, so I never felt that classic push to buy stuff I didn’t need. With service like this, Breezeway Heating and Air has definitely earned my top recommendation!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Honest company with a female dispatcher, so you don't have to worry about male AC guys ripping you off b/c you're a girl. Came out right away and fixed the problem.

Service was okay. Expensive for a general HVAC check. Cost me nearly $200 and I had to furnish my own air filter; not to mention the 3.5% fee to pay with credit card. Only payments options are check or credit card. If you just need basic service/tune up I’d look elsewhere. You can probably get it closer to $100 as opposed to paying a service charge and hourly labor rate with these guys. At least I know now for future service/tune up.
