I had a great experience. The receptionist was extremely professional and helpful, with a smile. The technician came the same day and quickly identified a problem caused by another company. He fixed it in just a few minutes. I’m glad to have finally found an honest company. I will only deal with them moving forward and highly recommend their services.

Cunningham Heating and AC is hands-down the best in the business. I rarely leave reviews, but the service I received absolutely deserves recognition. Matthew went above and beyond… not only was he knowledgeable and professional, but he genuinely cared. He made sure my son and I had working AC during a hot spell, and that meant everything to me.

They gave me the best pricing in the neighborhood… no upselling, no nonsense… just honest, high-quality work. I've been very satisfied with Cunningham the past few times that I've called them. They provide excellent service and attention and personalized solutions. Sheila has been very accommodating when issues raised. Lesmin Izaquirre provided excellent service when I wasn't able to be in the house and provided access remotely. Good thing too because I was coming back from a trip and I needed cooling when I got there at 10 pm. He was very helpful over the phone, fixed the issue and made sure my house was secured before he left. Thank you all. I will be calling back when I need the next service.

My ac broke down on a Sunday and I looked up Cunningham who installed it several years ago and booked a same day appointment. The repsentative who came was very pleasant and cleaned and repaired my unit. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good repairman.

Sam and the whole team at Cunningham is top notch. They came in to troubleshoot another companies error and they earned my business. They upgraded my other system to a top of the line Lennox Signature and we couldn’t be happier with the process and performance. Their price is always competitive and their work is excellent so I won’t be using anyone else!

The pilot light on our water heater was out. Crissy Stephens diagnosed the problem with a thorough inspection of the water heater and gas valve. We were very happy.

Cunningham Associates arrived on the scheduled date to check my air conditioning system. It was determined to be well beyond reasonable repair. I decided to replace it and it was installed within 2 days. Job well done by all participants..

Travis was wonderful. He was courteous, has a great personality and very thorough. If not for Travis, my husband and I would be in court about their product. It has been 8 days since installation and our system is still not working. Now they have to order parts. ( For a brand new system!!!!?) This bestows absolutely no confidence in the product they use or them. Thanking you for every consideration. Oh and I have requested that the manager give me a call on 3 occasions and I have yet to hear from him.

Multiple missed appointments with no communication and then when they do show up they leave MULTIPLE dirty filters in your yard

Our technician, Ryan, was excellent. He diagnosed the problem with our AC, explained clearly what the problem was, and solved our problem. We'll request him for all our HVAC needs in the future.

Ryan & Pieter were both excellent! No services yet! But they got the heat turned on! I need a new system, which I knew was coming!
