Matt came to my home to service my BritaPro water filtration system. He was punctual and very professional, and very patient with my two kittens. He kindly gave me suggestions for things I can do until the next servicing is needed. He was very pleasant and I would not hesitate to call Cunningham Associates and ask for Matt in the future.

Danielle from Cunningham Associates was absolutely wonderful to work with. Today we had to purchase a new HVAC system and she made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and manageable. She truly listened to what we wanted and what we could afford and helped us find the best solution that fit our needs. She went above and beyond every step of the way and was patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure working with her!

THIS IS NOT A REAL COMPANY. They claim they only dispatch the technicians. They also claim they have no way to “access the database” to give us information of the technician they dispatched to our home after he Irreparably damaged our unit in his attempt to repair it. Don’t be fooled by these reviews and don’t be desperate enough to call on an off time/day. Wait til an actual company is available.

I was experiencing horrible allergies from the inside of my home and called American HVAC Pros for air duct cleaning. They found way more dust build-up than we had anticipated and cleaned it all out. The team they had was super nice and it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service, customer interactions. And expects to you to wait around all day until they show up. I called at 11 in the morning to schedule a time, they didn't contact the tech to come to my until I called back at 3, and this was to fix the service they didn't complete the first time. They even showed up at my house after I told them not to and then called me stupid. I highly recommend to avoid this company.

I use to recommend this place when Mr. Deason’s owned and ran this operation. He has since sold his company and retired. I have called several times and left messages….NO RESPONSE!!!!! I will not use a company when they blatantly disregard their customers in this kind of way! My ac was out and I am a 70 year old lady who doesn’t do well in the heat. I found a great company in Covington called Peppers HVAC. I called them this morning, they answered the phone the first time I tried and very pleasantly I might add. They were at my house within an hour and a half. Mike was thorough and very polite!! My AC is running and I am very pleased with how efficient and kind they were!

My pipes were literally on the verge of freezing when the heat completely died. I was in pure terror! They rushed to my place like a blur, lightning fast, and had the heat blasting again almost instantly. I honestly could have cried happy tears of gratitude.

A complete HVAC cleaning was overdue, and the crew handled it all: vents, fans, and filters. The system performs more efficiently now. Less noise, better airflow, and lower energy bills. The team was polite and answered every question.

My youngest child has asthma, so any small trigger can cause issues. Lately, she had been coughing more at night, so I suspected something was going on with our HVAC system. The technicians discovered mold developing around one of the main ducts due to condensation. They treated the mold, cleaned the evaporator coil, and recommended UV light installation to help prevent future growth. Ever since they finished, her nighttime breathing has been noticeably better, and the stale smell in her room is completely gone.
