Matt was prompt, polite and professional. He readily resolved the problem, having replaced our hot water tank. He is an excellent plumber, and we highly recommend him and Cunningham Associates for their conscientious work.

Company was very punctual in coming out the next day. Our technician, DaeJon, was excellent in diagnosing the issues we were having and explaining our solution options.

This used to be a great company owned by a great person and friend with integrity and values.

The owner later retired and sold the company. The buyer kept the name of the company. I should’ve known the service I was receiving was not from the original owner.

Over the last few years I have watched the service dwindle. I called and talked to a manager. She was defensive and told me she would send out her best technician to make up for the poor service from last year. (That person from last year is no longer there). I asked her to call me back, I would think about it. She never did.

I am so disappointed in service. I didn’t realize I had to bargain for a great tech to service HVAC, with a warranty I already paid for.

The service technician (Trae S.) was on time, courteous and efficient, and he talked me through the steps that I can take as a homeowner to best take care of my HVAC system.

My technician, David was very pleasant, thorough, and did more than what I would would expect from other vendors. Very satisfied.

Joe, the manager got me a price I was satisfied with, given inflation, etc. on an efficient heat pump, ensuring the unit would qualify for the 2025 tax credit, and 12 years of parts and labor under warranty. Pieter the salesman was at my home and doing measurements within 2 hours. Next day, the installing technician, Ryan Cisneros, answered all my questions through a long piece-by-piece installation into a tight closet, and explained the heat pump's inner workings. He even tested the electric draw of the old system and my water boiler to isolate the old unit's effect on my power bill. I would recommend Cunningham for their service and eagerness to do right by their customers.

Update: a drainage tweak ended up being necessary for extensive A/C condensate drainage to avoid tripping the floating "full drain line" switch, determined one month after installation of the Daikin heat pump. Tech Ryan Gorman performed troubleshooting on the system on one visit, and on the second visit, redirected the drain pipe to avert tripping the sensor, which is working. Service was covered on the comfort plus 2 year plan, which covers all maintenance and repairs with my new system. We'll done, Cunningham!

Matt is the best! Honest and professional! The kind of professional you always hopes shows up. Explained to me what he saw and gave me options and didn't try to force sell me! Showed up on time and was in and out so I could enjoy the rest of my day of!!

Lesman (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) was great! He assessed our 2 furnaces and 2 air conditioners and showed us where we had a serious problem. He was very detailed. He is great!

We had Cunningham come out this past Saturday to investigate a noise our heater was making. Ryan and Pieter were absolute professionals, and after diagnosing the issue, gave us our options.

Ultimately, we decided to go a different route as we don’t plan on putting more money into a house we plan on selling in the next few months.

However, while I’m not a customer, I do strongly recommend reaching out to Cunningham. They provided pictures and videos of what was going wrong with our system, gave us repair or replace options, and both Ryan and Pieter were easy to talk to.

If my wife and I planned on staying here for another 10 years, we would have gone with Cunningham.

Ryan was outstanding. He quickly figured out several problems the previous technician was unable to solve. The response time from Cunningham was immediate and they stayed in touch with us to assure all was done to our satisfaction.

As part of my yearly maintenance plan they came out to do a plumbing inspection. Jaedon was very professional and nice. He inspected all components of my plumbing system and pointed out where things were great or some recommendations to make it better. He set my mind at ease about any plumbing concerns!

Pieter was great. This company was very efficient. I called them on Friday, inquiring about a water source heat pump HVAC system, and on Saturday he came over and went over everything with me. Pieter was very knowledgeable and explained that water source heat pump systems are being phased out. He offered an alternative and explained what was going to happen. He took his time to go over the financing options and was able to offer some discounts. By Monday technicians were here to install it and explained how to use it. I'm very satisfied, especially after going through come complications with another company over a span of 2 months.

Jaedon Allen came to my home and did an inspection of my plumbing system. He provided the most complete and honest inspection of my plumbing system, providing me with an assessment of all that was working well and ares needing attention including priorities and urgency of need. He was able to talk price including my members discount. He was clear in his communication with me. I’m extremely happy with his assessment and trust his service will be excellent.

Trae was great in spotting the issue and explaining it clearly. Cunningham has a well-balanced approach to informing clients about what issues need to be addressed, providing pictures and support for their assessment and then giving clients time to make a decision.

We’ve used Cunningham for all of our HVAC and more recently, plumbing for years now. Great work and flexible pricing option, which we really appreciate. For our most recent fix, Trae did a great job at explaining what was wrong with our unit and was super knowledgeable. Would always recommend them!

Sam and Ryan came to our condominium to install a new HVAC system. The condenser that needed to be installed was too large. Sam worked diligently to find a product that would accommodate our home. Both Sam and Ryan worked approximately 8 hours straight to remove and install the new unit. They were always friendly, polite and explained what they needed to do. We are very pleased with the installation, clean up and the knowledge and manner they conducted themselves. Also, we are very pleased with Cunningham Associates and so far everyone they have sent to our home to assist us. We have already recommended this company to others living in our condo.
