Very professional problem solvers. Honesty is their policy. S.T.’s installed my system in 2013. Drastically reduced my power bill and solved my cooling problems by correcting the tonnage of my system. Before my system wouldn’t cool the house below 76 on a 90+ degree day. Now my system has no problem cooling the house below 70 degrees and maintains 50% humidity. 100% satisfied. These guys are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend S.T.’s!

ST Mechanical is the only HVAC company I call! Steven and his team installed a new system in my previous home, serviced the unit when needed, and assisted with the paperwork necessary to document the maintenance when I sold that property. They are quick to respond and dependable.

Steve is professional, has amazingly fair prices, and excellent customer service. He is owner/operator and will go the extra mile to make sure you have the right unit, that your current unit works, and that you are not wasting money on extra bells and whistles when purchasing new products. Steve and his whole team did an amazing job! Everyone was very professional and polite. Our HVAC system went out and within less than a week we had a new system up and running. Everything was straightforward from the quote to the expected time of installation and Steve and his team do a final walkthrough to make sure everything was working perfectly. Steve is very transparent with the pricing and we were never hit with unexpected or hidden costs. Having used other HVAC companies here in Atlanta, I would recommend Steve and his team over anyone else. We couldn't be happier!

S T's Mechanical is a Top Notch company! Steve is one of the best, most honest and dependable business owners I've met in a long time. His work is very professional and meticulous. He always goes the extra mile to make sure the work is done right. Whenever I need Steve he is always there promptly to service my A/C. Worst Company, Rude disrespectful employees. (Lee) they are not professional don't show up to appointments. Then when they come they half do the job.

Makes appointments and then never shows. Have had them out to my place 4 times now and the a/c still isn’t working. On top of that they hardly answer their phones.

You were working next to my home and knocked my mailbox down! The neighbors seen you do it. When I walked next door to ask you, you told me the white truck wasn't with you and that you didn't know who it was, when in fact the white truck was seen dropping off something for you.

Good luck with making an appointment that they actually keep. They have called me to schedule several appointments and they do not show. They will call the next day or a couple of days later to reschedule and then not show again. Terrible company!

God aweful. Never on time. Didnt have the right tools for the job the first time. Didnt show up at all the first appointment. You'd have better luck going to HVAC school yourself to fix whatever issues you may be having.

Complete garbage can service. We’ve had the same technician out three times and the problem never gets fixed. He came initially to fix the AC and left and our garage started flooding from the furnace from the condenser being damaged from the technician. Then after he tried to repair the AC, the heat stopped working also. Technician assures us it’s fixed and never is. Worst HVAC contractor I’ve ever used.

This company is a waste of time and lost out on a new customer.

I bought a house and the seller did havc inspection prior to closing. Inspection was performed by Complete Heating and Air. I called Complete heating and air after closing to complete work that I as the new home owner and I am making the payment for the work.

Complete heating and air phone rep would not work with me and I was told because the inspection was performed while seller owned the house that they can not work with me as the new owner.

Called another company provided Complete Heating and Air inspection report and qoute. Getting work done in 2 days at better rate with better customer service.

They were late about scheduling service, did not come through when they said they would, came 2 hrs late not wearing masks and when I told them they could buy a mask at the gas station insisted that they would have to reschedule. When they did reschedule (they should have just bought the mask) they would not work with my schedule. Customer service ignored my complaints. One woman was helpful and understanding but unfortunately she was powerless to remedy the situation. I do not recommend them

No shows to appts without notification. Careless work. INSTALLED MY HVAC IMPROPERLY (documented by another HVAC company) and now have been ignoring my calls for >1 week! No longer at 4780 Bakers Ferry Road SW — moved out early 2022 or late 2021 according to the business next door.
