Was about to replace my carpets with flooring as I thought it was causing our nasal issue until a friend told me that might air ducts might need cleaning. I called a few place but by far Jay was most courteous, professional and gave me brief education as to why my carpet might not be the issue if my ducts needed cleaning. When the guys took off a few vent covers, it was bad. Anyways, they did an awesome job and was very pleasant in answering my questions. I especially appreciated the fact that they put shoe bags before entering our home. Kudos to Jay and team.

Excellent experience with Atlanta Air Pro. I started to notice it didn’t feel as fresh on my top floor/upstairs bedroom and noticed my next humidity was hovering around 55%. They came out within a week and serviced both our units and completed mold treatment.

Without me mentioning it, he also identified potential mold from a past HVAC leak that another company had missed, and I was able to add mold treatment the same day. Booking is incredibly easy, the owner Jay is prompt and explains everything thoroughly! Our technician Ferderico arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule so he could be prepped with equipment and his own gear on and ready before the appointment time! Within the first 10 minutes we received pictures of our current vents and then about 20 minutes later the afters - truly an incredible (and horrifying to think of what we’d been drinking!) difference! They detected musk and treated for mold prevention (one of our concerns because our toddlers allergies had worsened) and use a 100% epa safe formula to do so! While here we asked about dryer vent inspection which was added into an incredibly affordable bundle - they are generous, thorough, prompt, and diligent. Truly, look nowhere else - and do this service for your house!!! I wish I had known and done before we moved in! *price was also incredible and better than competitors - we had two full systems inspected and serviced for a 4000sq ft house!!
