Highly recommend. Came out same-day on a Sunday to fix our heating outage and promptly identified the problem as the thermostat ($) rather than the HVAC unit itself ($$$$). Gave good advice, saved us money on parts, and charged fairly for the labor.

Adnan was great - knowledgeable, personable, efficient. He identified the AC unit problem immediately and explained the repair and pricing concisely.Service was on time, professional, courteous. The place that I work for had a very important event, with atleast 200 people in each auditorium. There was no air conditioning because one had always been broken and the other completely shut off that day. We had customers complaining left and right . It was after 5pm on a Saturday so I searched for any HVAC company that was in our area and could come out on short notice to service us. I called express heating & cooling and they agreed to come out. They did a magnificent job on such short notice , checking everything what was wrong and relaying what needed to be fixed. I have a father who is a director of engineering so I knew ahead of time to ask him for some tips on what would be helpful to know when I talked to these HVAC guys. They were so helpful and sweet, although they couldn't fix the 2units that day because their hours ended soon and it was getting too dark for them to get on the roof, they came by the next day to finish what they started and at a very inexpensive price. A+ would recommend !

Very efficient service. After being quoted a very high amount from one of the most rated company in Atlanta(check google ratings to know which one), I found Express to be very reasonably priced and very ethical in terms of service. Would always rely on them to fix any HVAC issues.

Eddie saved my day! I came home from a trip to a 90 degree house. I dreaded looking for air conditioning repair because I saw one of my nightmares coming true - where I'm told I need this big elaborate repair job that I didn't really need and was not savvy enough to know the difference. I googled AC repair in my area from my phone and somehow accidentally called Express Heating & Air Conditioning. I ended the call because I was technically "just looking" for repair service. Eddie called me back and I am so happy he did!! I told him the issue I was having - I have one unit that cools both floors of my house, but upstairs was hot and downstairs was cool. He explained that I had a zone issue and said he could be at my place within the hour. He and his partner (who was also a sweetheart and I could have done a better job of remembering his name) arrived just as promised. We went into my attic where my unit is; and Eddie pointed out components that generally may cause problems. He also showed me where there was water collecting under the unit that may cause damage to my ceiling if it over flowed. * Insert nightmare, right? * NOPE! NOT EVEN CLOSE!! After looking over the unit, it turned out all I needed was a thermostat. This was quickly replaced with one he had on his truck. *YES* They also told me some things to be aware of in the future, took out my very filthy air filters so I could replace them, and emptied the basin at the bottom of my unit that had the water - No ceiling damage *Yay* These guys were so awesome!! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of AC service. :-)

Great service. Great price. Showed up on time during rush hour traffic. HONEST technician who didn't try to rip me off or make up repairs. He took time to explain everything to me and told me exactly what was going on with my AC. I found out that the person who tuned up my AC last time left off freon caps so that it would leak and need to be refilled. He didn't try to overcharge me on freon either. I appreciate his work and will definitely use again! Highly recommended.

I called American Home Shield (our home warranty company) because my HVAC system in the basement was not working. We paid American Home Shield $100. They sent Express HVAC out to fix the issue. Express HVAC stated that we need a new compressor. He stated that it would be $350 to replace the compressor. So, we scheduled the compressor to be replaced. Someone from Express HVAC's office called and stated that the technician that quoted us $350 to replace the compressor was new and it would actually cost over $15,000 to replace it. The HVAC unit is less than one year old and we knew we had electrical issues, so we asked American Home Shield to send out an electrical company to see if an electrical issue was causing the HVAC unit to not work. The electrical company came out and found the issue. They confirmed that it was not an issue with the HVAC unit but was an electrical issue. We got the electrical issue fixed. However, the HVAC unit still was not working, so we called American Home Shield again. They sent another HVAC company (Piedmont HVAC) to take a look at the HVAC unit. The Piedmont HVAC technician was here 5 minutes and stated that Express HVAC disconnected our compression on our HVAC unit. Once that technician connected the compressor, the HVAC unit stated working. I don't understand why the Express HVAC technician did not leave our HVAC unit in the same condition that he found it. It seems like Express HVAC wanted us to think it was the compressor in the HVAC unit when it was not so that they could get some a lot of money. American Home Shield confirmed that Express HVAC gave us an incorrect diagnosis and gave us a coupon to use on our next service request.

I would echo all the other reviewers. Honest technician who came out the same day, and went out of his way to take care of us. So impressed and happy with the service we recieved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, and will definitely be holding on to his number for next time.

I cannot say enough about this company! I will never use anyone else as long as Express services the area I am living. The owner of the company came out same day, addressed many issues that Air Design intentionally damaged to my my wiring to increase the amount of work needed without my knowledge. He stayed late, trouble shooted my issues, and even went with me to purchase the necessary part for a small fraction of what the other company would've charged me. An honest company based on traditional values and customer service was a breath of fresh air. I am so thankful for finding this wonderful company and already called him back to fix a separate issue. He went above and beyond to say the least. You will not be disappointed.

I found this company online and Emailed them for a non-urgent matter. They responded promptly and worked around my schedule to come out to work on my wall AC unit. I was very comfortable with the advice I was given by the technician and feel that he was very honest and saved me money by not doing unnecessary work. I'll definitely use him again and recommend him to others in the area.

Express heating saved the day. My problem started with a gas leak from my furnace. They worked with the city to identify were the gas was exactly coming from and gave me all my options to fix it. I went with getting a whole new furnace due to my system being slightly older anyway. I got a stronger better system with a warranty for a great price. Can’t beat their service!

Trust is the most important thing to me when it comes to doing business with someone. Express Heating and Air has earned my trust by being honest, transparent, reliable, and dependable in my multiple dealings with them. I have referred friends to them and they have also had the same result. They have done a fantastic job for me, twice now, fixing my AC in the middle of the summer (95+ degree temps). I can’t thank them enough for being there in a pinch, fixing the problem quickly, and being extraordinarily fair under the circumstances. When they finish the job and send me the bill I always feel I took advantage of them and they should have charged me more. I have an annual maintenance contract with them now to service my units and while I hope I don’t need their services too much in th le futute, I know they are there for me if I need them!

This is by far the best experience I've had with a repair technician. After trying to self-diagnose, I called Express Heating and Air. Eddie let me know immediately that there was nothing wrong with my unit. Instead, it was a faulty wiring issue from the air condenser back to the breaker that was causing it to short out. Eddie is a paragon of honesty and integrity and clearly takes pride in his work. My wife runs a home remodeling business and will be referring all her future clients to Eddie for HVAC issues.

We were referred to this company by some friends in our Atlanta Croatian/Bosnian community who had experience with this business. We had an appointment with another company to replace our A/C units, but cancelled after we got the referral for this company. Not only was Express $1000 cheaper than the other company's quote, they went above and beyond and stayed 3 hours after installing the 2 Goodman units to figure out an electrical issue with a circuit board created by a BIG name company that starts with the letter R, who had previously worked on our units. They did not leave until they had our units working and verified that our heat was working too. We appreciated their candidness when discussing prices and sharing quotes from other companies. They were very honest about cost and their quality of work and clean up was impeccable. We will be calling them again in the winter when we replace our heating units.

I was getting bids to replace the 20 year old 5 ton unit at my house. I called all the usual suspects: the contractors pushed by the big box retailers and the contractors who advertise heavily on TV and radio. I was getting outlandish bids and wasting alot of time. I finally found Eddy at Express Heating and Air on Nexdoor. His bid was 45% lower and he saved me $6,000. He also came back and installed a ultraviolet light and ionizer for free! Also, my cat loved him and this cat doesn't like anyone! I highly recommend this company.

Express heating & air was my first call came out within an hour and gave me a quote. Called for 2 other quotes and express was the best price. Express Heating and Air puts their customers first, and their technicians are honest and knowledgable. Our upstairs AC went out the day we moved into our new home, and they immediately came out to fix it for us and added coolant to our downstairs AC, all for a reasonable price. Then this week our downstairs AC stopped working. Once again, I placed a call and they were able to come out that day and solve the problem for us. (Turns out a wire was tripped when my husband put new air filters in.) We are very lucky to have found them and will use them again in the future.

Couple of weeks ago, my AC went out - just in time for the temperatures to start creeping up! It was determined the belt in the outside AC unit was jammed and had stopped working. Adi with Express Heating & Air installed the new fan; took a much shorter time than I had thought it would, polite & professional to deal with! If it weren't for him & Express I'd probably be going OUTSIDE to cool off on a day like today ( first really dangerous heat index day of the year so far ), but my AC has been working great, and I am so grateful on a day like today! Highly recommend!
