Kyle and his partner, Charles, came to my house to replace an ancient (2001) AC system. I cannot write a review on how flawlessly it is working yet because it was just done and I have not had a chance to put it in use thanks to the current nice weather.

What I can tell is why I chose Kyle for this big project of mine. His integrity is unquestionable. He conducts himself with honesty and follows through on his promises. He takes pride in his work and holds himself accountable for his work. Now I have PEACE OF MIND that if, and only if, any issues arise down the line, I'm in good hands. Something many other big companies fail to offer, or they try with monthly charges (and they still fail!). We all know how important it is to be able to count on a reliable HVAC guy in this Atlanta weather (both summer and winter).

Kyle, if you are reading this, THANK YOU again! I'll come back here at a later time to update my review, to let you know how well your AC system is doing ^^

UPDATE: Now it's July, a few months into putting my newly-installed AC unit in full use, then I became aware that my old & clogged drain line was causing backflow of water into the AC unit causing a leak (NOTE: AC unit itself is operating flawlessly). I called Esquire in panic, and within less than an hour, Charles was at my door. He spent hours cleaning the leak and unclogging the pipe. Thereafter both Kyle and Charles came back to my house, provided a better solution. No labor charge for all these hard work during their super busy hot summer month.

Their commitment to clients are all so REAL. They are 1000% client-oriented. So glad I chose Esquire for installing a new AC unit. THANK YOU, Kyle and Charles, my dog and I continue to enjoy "luxurious" cold air thanks to you guys 😁

Kyle and Charles were awesome. I knew from the first phone call that Kyle knew his stuff as he explained the systems not even seeing the unit. He came the next day early in the morning to make sure that things were handled and that we could get air with the summer weather upon us. He embodied professionalism and class with a friendly demeanor the entire time and made sure I had a working p trap and liquid line filter in the new system he installed. I have no doubt my unit will work well for years to come. I’d highly recommend this black-owned business!!

I contacted Esquire about having my HVAC system inspected and potentially serviced since I'm readying my home for sale. Kyle and Charles were able to come out quickly at a time that fit my schedule. They were kind and professional, and they treated me like a normal, intelligent adult when explaining what needed to be done to bring my system up to optimal working condition. I'm also buying a home in the Atlanta area and will be returning to Esquire for the HVAC work I already know needs to be done on it as well as anything else that may pop up in the future.

You don't need to look any further. You've found THE best Heating and AC service in town. Kyle is so friendly and thoroughly explained the whole process of getting a new AC for my home. I truly felt like he had my best interests in mind with his service as he went out of his way to get a great unit for me. He was also quite understanding with any concerns I had which I also appreciated. I am incredibly satisfied with Esquire's service and will definitely be using them for all my future heating and AC needs.

I highly recommend Kyle. We had him come out to replace our AC unit. He was very knowledgable--much more knowledgeable than Moncrief technician who came out and couldn't give me a proper diagnosis of why our unit stopped working. He was also super respectful and was prompt at responding because we have a baby in the house.

Two days later we had issue with our AC unit on a separate floor and Kyle was able to talk us through how to troubleshoot it at no charge. That in itself saved us 100-180$ to have someone come out, not to mention the time!

His company is small enough where he can spend quality time with you and take care of you as his client. He mentioned he really liked to hire outstanding employees so his hiring process is often slow. His partner Charles was very respectful and professional the day of the job.

I called Esquire after I was duped by another AC company that tried to just upsell me on my units instead of diagnosing and fixing the issues. I spoke with Kyle on the phone and he was super understanding of the situation and able to schedule me for less than a week from when I called.

Charles was the tech that came out to evaluate my units and was professional, informative, and gave me a fair assessment of the condition on both of my units. He was able to clean and repair my units at a fair price and completed the services that day after I agreed to them. Could not ask for better service and I look forward to working with esquire in the future!

A great company, that really knows their field, has reasonable rates but is also very polite, kind, and helpful. The owner came out for our meeting/work and he was one of the nicest people ever (not just among HVAC people or maintenance people, but out of all people I have ever met). He did a great job explaining things. We DEFINITELY would recommend using them and we will DEFINITELY use them again if we ever need to.

Kyle was great to work with. He knew his stuff, he was patient with my questions, and he helped me fix up multiple HVAC problems while teaching me some things along the way. He's very up front and is motivated to get the job done right, promptly, and completely. He puts in the work and will stand by his work.

I had an excellent experience with this company and the owner, Kyle. I needed a second quote and assessment on an issue I was having with my HVAC system. The initial quote given to me by another company was in the thousands. Kyle came out and performed a very detailed assessment of the system and was able to correctly diagnose and solve the issue within a few hours. In the process, he also saved me a lot of money. I really appreciated his honesty given that I know nothing about HVAC systems. He also took the time to explain everything to me and I have not had any further issues with my system. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Esquire Heating & Air is amazing! We are small property owner with roughly 16 doors and he has been installing and mainting our units for over 3 years. He always show when you call and when he is done the machines are working perfectly. Definitely get him for your heating and cooling!

Sunny and Alex were very professional and polite.I'm here at my sister's house without knowing where anything is. Despite that, they handled things very efficiently and effectively and were very polite to. It was a great first time experience.
