We recently had to have a repair on our AC. The team at InAir was very helpful. They came the following morning which was a Saturday. Our tech, Alex, was very kind and courteous. He quickly identified the issue and made the necessary repair quickly. I am very satisfied with all aspects of the repair and give a high recommendation.

The service man, Igor, was friendly and professional. He replaced the failing evaporator coil, etc. within a very reasonable amount of time. When he left the HVAC unit was working great and it cool down the space quickly.
The only wierd thing was how their payment app, which he used for me to pay for extra service (i.e. cleaning condenser filter), required access to my local wifi in order to work.

I had a furnace died during the holiday season and I mean these folks came out of quickly after Christmas as they could and I really appreciate it. Thank you very much in time.

I cannot say enough good things about the incredible job done on our recent HVAC installation. We had two units replaced - one for the upstairs area and one for the basement and the entire process was handled perfectly.

A technician named Mr. Oleg performed the installation, and his work was truly top tier. His attention to detail was second to none; you can tell he takes immense pride in his craft. From the wiring to the ductwork, everything was done with precision and looks incredibly clean. He even went above and beyond to fix the specific issues on the ductwork that had been causing us trouble.

I also want to give a special shout-out to Mr. Art, the owner and manager. He is absolutely amazing and incredibly easy to communicate with. He stayed involved throughout the process to make sure everything was done exactly right. It is clear that he cares about his customers and the quality of work his company provides.

It is rare to find a team that does everything so perfectly. If you want an amazing installation with a technician who cares about the details and an owner who ensures total satisfaction, look no further. I am beyond impressed!
