The man who handles orders and questions about Aire Curtains is very rude. I have noticed this everytime I have called and was embarrassed she. A vendor was forced to call him for installtion help only to mention how horrible he service was

I occasionally pick up orders for my HVAC employer here & their counter & warehouse staff are great (efficient, friendly & accommodating). I can't speak to their pricing because I don't see the invoices but they're great from my point of view.

Writing from the standpoint of a truck driver. Place is located in most truck unfriendly area it can be. If you have a 53ft trailer and sleeper cab you’ll have a hell of a time getting there. Definitely NO parking of any kind. Here how to get in - pull in to the first gate make immediate right to drive between building and the fence and then another right as if you pull out of the second gate so you can line up for backing in to the dock.

TBCo has been around for a very long time, and they have so much on the shelf and represent so many different HVAC manufacturers & components that it’s difficult NOT to utilize them. I’ve been backing my trucks up to their docks for over 35 years.

Is the worst place for driver please be careful this place. It is not for semi truck for box truck

Fantastic experience with David and Kevin from Hurricane who came out on short notice to clean out our dryer vent. Super nice guys and they did a thorough job of clearing the vent and cleaning up the years of lint that was dislodged by their process. Highly recommended.
