inAir was very responsive to my request for furnace repair on a very cold day. Aaron arrived on time. He was courteous, professional, and very competent, fixing my issue in very short order. Couldn’t ask for any better service!

Alex from inAir Heating & Cooling came by today to take a look at our AC which wasn't working properly. He arrived on time, quickly found the problem and fixed it right away. Alex went above and beyond and fixed another HVAC item that I didn't even know was wrong. Our home is now cool, comfortable and I'm thankful for their professionalism.

This company is assigned by AHS for a second opinion. The dispatched technician Alex Dashiev came and fix “heat is not coming out “ problem by replacing furnace capacitor. The first company sent by AHS made a wrong assumption “blower motor stop working due to system abuse” which caused our repair request denied. I appreciate InAir Heating is honest and professional. I am 100% trust this technician and the company. InAir Heating & Air Conditioning will be the only one I recommend to friends from now on. Thank you for the great job done!

I had a very disappointing experience with INAIR and Alex when they came to install a new compressor for my A/C unit. Despite paying over $2500 out of pocket, including for the refrigerant, the job was handled poorly from start to finish.

The main issue began immediately after the installation: the A/C was not cooling effectively. I reached out to Alex, the technician who performed the installation, on the same day. He assured me that the A/C just needed to run for a while to sort itself out. Unfortunately, this advice proved to be incorrect as the problem persisted.

Upon closer inspection, it became clear that insufficient refrigerant had been added to the system, which caused the A/C to freeze up and stop functioning properly. It’s evident that the job was not completed to standard, and the system has not been cooling since.

Given the significant amount of money I spent, I expected a professional and thorough service. Instead, I am left with a malfunctioning A/C and no resolution in sight. Highly disappointed with their service and would not recommend them based on my experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. As HVAC companies go, I have seen some real crooks in my day. Such is not the case with this one. Reasonable prices, quick and clean installation, and always ready to be of service. The two guys that did the installation were so quiet, I had to go downstairs to make sure that they were actually doing the work. Shortly after the install they came back and replaced an old condensation pump and ancient thermostat that were not part of the install. The owner himself came out each time. That goes way above and beyond good customer service. I highly recommend this outstanding company. They're simply good people doing good business. Art is outstanding! Give them a call. You'll be glad you did!

InAir is awesome. Art was done with the AC checkup and cleaning in a heartbeat and took the time to walk me through some of the points to watch for. This is the same company who replaced out furnace and airhandler over Christmas. I will recommend them to anyone needing anything HVAC.

We got our HVAC replaced (entire Air Handler and Compresser) and after a week only it stopped working and now they say its another issue. All the issues should have been identified and resolved at the same. It did not even work for a month fully.Very Disappointed with the service.

Extremely pleased with the service from InAir. The Technician, Art, was very professional and personable. He took the time to explain what was wrong and needed to properly make the repairs. He also took extra time to inspect another unit and was honest about what needed to be done. He went above and beyond in his work and was very efficient. I was very happy and satisfied with my experience with InAir.

inAir Heating & Air Conditioning is the fastest service. My heat pump failed on Friday, and IHC had to order a part which would take a week. They came back the next day and saved is from an Atlanta summer.

As noted before, inAir had always provided professional and prompt service through my home warranty, and I was surprised by the lack of follow-up regarding my HVAC issue after the electrician resolved his part. However, Art, a member of inAir’s leadership team, reached out after reading my review and asked me to connect with him to resolve the issue.

After speaking with Art, we discovered that it was a simple miscommunication. inAir was still under the impression that the breaker hadn’t been replaced, which was why they couldn’t proceed. Once he was aware, via our phone call, that the wiring, breaker, and thermostat had all been addressed, they were incredibly apologetic, took the time to reach out to the home warranty company, and immediately arranged for a tech to visit my property. The technician Alex, arrived on the same day, and was very thorough, as usual, and immediately got our unit back up and running.

This level of responsiveness and commitment to resolving the issue restored my faith in the company. It’s the type of exceptional customer service I had come to expect from them and why I was initially so disappointed. INAir has consistently gone the extra mile, even wearing booties over their shoes without being asked. Mistakes and miscommunications happen, but it speaks volumes when leadership takes the time to listen and address customer concerns directly. Thank you, Art , Cassie and Alex and the INAir team, for turning this situation around and showing you truly care about your customers and the quality of your work.

I used this company through my home warranty and the first time was just for a checkup, they did fine. The second time, my basement unit suddenly went out. When the tech, Alex came out, late that evening, we explained the thermostat went out, heat stopped and breaker tripped. He turned the breaker back on, let the heat run for a few minutes and said nothing was wrong with the heat, assumed our problem was the breaker and it needed replacing. When he left, we immediately turned it back off because if it was tripping due to a safety issue, why leave it running when we didn’t get a thorough diagnosis.

He sent his “assumed” diagnoses in to AHS and requested an electrician come out and make an actual diagnosis. The electrician came, found that the issue was not the breaker, that the breaker was actually fine, met capacity and it was the improper installation of a wire. He replaced the wire, which was approved by my home warranty, we paid for the replacement of the thermostat to ensure we covered all possible issues and the heat still did not work.

When the electrician referred it back to INAir to come and check the furnace/pump again because the heat still wasn’t working, they refused to come back out because they said it was the breaker, although a qualified electrician, who the requested we have come out, said it wasn’t.

I am reaching out and requesting another company. I had no problem with an assumed diagnosis but I do with a definite diagnosis from a qualified electrician. I am disappointed because their response time in the past was great and was really surprised to hear what the warranty company stated was their feedback.

InAir was sent out by my home warranty. My AC was working but barely blowing air. Art the technician claimed that there was a leak and he would fix it. It costed me $560.00. My warranty company would not pay it. It worked for one night and in the morning my air was completely shut down. It went from some air to no air at all. Don’t use this company!

The service Tech Alex was on point with the diagnosis of my a/c unit. Fast repair and got us back on track. He also added more Freon to the unit. Thank you so so much.
