Kyle was on time, professional, and provided a great overview of the issue and resolution. Multiple other companies said that their services were booked for a week, but Kyle and Esquire squeezed me in and we are extremely grateful. With temperatures in the 90s, we are ecstatic to have such great service and reach a resolution the same day. Thank you Kyle!

I was familiar with Kyle whereas he had already worked on several projects at a previous employer of mine. However, I had a personal emergency and Charles came out. He came the same day which was amazing because the temp inside my home was 83. He immediately dived in to diagnose the issue. He found 3 things wrong, which explained the reason I've had a $500 power bill for the last 3 months. He solved 2 of the problems within an hour which caused the a/c to start blowing a little cooler immediately. And he came out the very next day and completed the third issue. These guys are AMAZING and very professional!!!

My AC was not cooling my home unit and it was 81 degrees inside. I called about 10 different businesses, none of whom picked up (even though they said they were open) or wouldn't be able to come till later in the week. Other companies were also charging around 150-200 just to diagnose. I called Esquire Heating and Air on Sunday afternoon, and they said they would be over first thing in the morning. They arrived the next morning, were extremely professional, polite and helpful. You could tell that they care about the customer and place the client first over a profit. They diagnosed my problem, explained every step to me, resolved it, and provided value added feedback and services to prevent future occurrences. The price they charged was also EXTREMELY reasonable, I was so surprised. Overall 10/10 and will be using them for all my Condo locations in Atlanta in the future.

I needed help answering questions about my system after the default settings were reset on my nest and Esquire was incredible! All user guides were unhelpful and just recommended that I have a professional come out. I called Esquire and they helped me over the phone for no charge! I cannot thank them enough for their help and kindness! I will definitely use them for all future HVAC needs.

Wow I just had the greatest experience with ESQUIRE HVAC. I am a new home owner in the Buckhead area and don’t know much about how it goes with maintenance on certain things pertaining to that lane, so I just went to google and searched heating and air near me. Esquire heating and air popped right up with 5 stars, great reviews and 24 hour availability. This was perfect for me considering it was about 8pm when I realized I needed a company to come take a look at my system.

A guy named Kyle came right out within the hour and was polite, efficient and knowledgeable about the work that was being done. He made sure that he explained everything to me that had to be done and in detail told me what was wrong so that I could understand, which I really appreciated. He solved the problem expeditiously!
He came and handled things pretty quickly, there was a $125 after hours fee for me which was perfectly fine considering the urgency of my issue and the time I needed him to come out. Aside from that the prices were affordable especially for the Buckhead area.

I really had an over all awesome experience with ESQUIRE Hearing and Air, so I had to come leave a review.

We have had air-conditioning problems twice and fortunately Kyle and Charles were able to help us both times. When our 20-year-old AC needed to be replaced, internet research led us to Esquire, which had the most favorable reviews, prices, and estimated timeline to get the AC back up and running. If you live in Atlanta, you know how important that is!

They not only provide excellent service, but they understand how rough it is when your AC is out and always keep that in mind. Weather conditions made it very difficult to set a date for work on our condo building’s rooftop, but they really worked with us and the front desk to get it done. With a company that cared less, this complication could have added weeks to our suffering.

The second time we needed help (due to equipment problems), they held themselves to the same standards. I have high blood pressure and the heat was unbearable (it was June), and they worked very hard to fix the AC. We are so grateful and highly recommend them. They are reliable, ethical, and committed to helping others.

He was amazing! My husband and I are new homeowners and he's too busy to take care of finding people for repairs around our home and meeting with them. So I take care of it and I always get scared of being taken advantage of because I'm a female. But he was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They pin pointed the issue I was having, was able to explain it to me in a way that I fully understand and best of all were able to fix it in a timely manner. Kyle was incredibly friendly and answered a short-notice Sunday evening call. He was out first thing on Monday morning and was on-time and efficient. Kyle walks you through everything he's doing and even cut us a great deal. As long as I'm living in the Atlanta-area, I'll be sure to use Kyle and the Esquire team moving forward. Highly recommended. I had a guy come “fix” the ac HVAC unit from the company that installed it. They came to my house about 5-6 times without resolving the problem. They left yesterday saying it was fixed but my house was still cold and the outside unit never turned on. Fed up, I called Esquire after the installer left and they arrived the next day. They diagnosed the problem, showed me the problem, and fixed the problem. My house has been the warmest it has been since I moved in a month ago. They gave me a good price, were on time, professional, honest, nice, and took pride in their work. My light bill was $400 for 3 weeks of use...for a cold house. This has been a total relief. So glad I called them. Good service is hard to find, but when you do...it makes all the difference.

I can't say enough about the amazing experience I had working with Kyle and team at Esquire Heating and Air. I came home from Thanksgiving to find that my HVAC unit was not heating correctly. I received an initial quote from a company I have used in the past. However, I wasn't pleased with the diagnosis and the lack of transparency with pricing. So, I googled other HVAC companies, and Esquire caught my attention due to its 5 star rating. I called, and Kyle picked up and was so personable. I explained what I was dealing with, and the bind that I was in (my home was COLD) and Kyle, without hesitation, adjusted his schedule to come out the very next morning! Kyle was extremely responsive and kept me updated on his ETA the following morning. Once he arrived, he and team went straight to work diagnosing the issue. Come to find out, I didn't need the type of repair that I was quoted from the previous company. My HVAC system really just needed some TLC. However, Kyle went ABOVE AND BEYOND! He and is partner examined every inch of my unit, taking out parts, cleaning, tightening screws, double checking functionality, etc. Kyle also explained everything that he was doing, and why he was doing it in a really clear and understandable way. My HVAC system seemed very intimidating, and was something I must admit I neglected. However, after being informed with all of the tips and tricks Kyle gave me, I now feel educated and empowered. Please trust me when I say that you MUST go to Esquire Heating and Air for ALL of your HVAC needs! Kyle has earned a loyal customer out of me, and I will refer his company to anyone I know in need. He's just THAT good, and sets that bar so high with his level of service, that you will never want to go anywhere else.
