I want to thank Mr. Sunny so much for doing an excellent job with customer service and fixing my AC at 1st he call 4 different places and no one had the part I needed for my AC unit so he had to order my part and I would have had to wait 3 or more days before my part came in , but he was very persistent in finding the part to fix my AC unit. So he called his coworker and he had an extra part to my AC unit. He came back the same day where he and Mr. Alex fixed my AC and boy Does it feel good in here thank you Mr. Sunny and Mr. Alex keep up the great customer service 🥰🥰 blessings to you both

InAir was assigned by my Warranty company to access our A/C unit. As it turned out we are having to replace the whole A/C system. I normally wouldn't do a review since no work had been done, but I wanted to give kudos to Alex- who was very professional and clearly knowledgeable . He took his time accessing the situation and he later provided us with several quotes. It didn't matter whether we spoke by phone,or by text- InAir was very responsive and super timely They put the CUSTOMER 1St.. I would highly recommend InAir as I have a good feeling that their instalation process will be just as smooth.

I know you’re busy and my air was out the whole weekend. When I tried all I would get recording never spoke to no person. My dogs had it bad for the weekend and I have a lot of medical issues including asthma. Recording only appointment was Tuesday. The technician was great.

My technician performed a seasonal tune up on my furnace. He was very professional and his post work wrote up was detailed with components of my systems that need to be addressed.

In air did a great job servicing my system with amazing customer service. Casey was very kind and helpful.

Alex was very nice and informative. He was fast and clean. The only thing that made me not do 5 stars is because the time they were set to arrive was an hour past what they initially stated.

American Home Shield told me initially that cleaning was covered under our plan, but the technician told me it wasn't. Art was clear about the price and what needed to be done. He preformed the service and we paid him. He had a pleasant attitude and he was very professional. We asked for his card because we would like to use the company again in the future.

They gave us a quick fix in June. In August the AC was broken again. Now its 85 degrees in here and we have to wait days for a clearance from the home warranty for a part. They quoted 2,800 for a fix. We called another company and they quoted 1,400. Literally half the cost. Idk why they hiked prices

Alex the technician from InAir was really good. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my Air Conditioner that the previous vendor was not able to the same. Overall Alex was great in figuring out the issue, communication and fixing it.

We've used this company twice now and Alex serviced us both times and we had such a great experience. I highly recommend this company! We were having issues with another company and Casey answered the phone, listened to me vent, understood my issues and handled them with care and the utmost respect. Quick response. Came out and immediately identified a simple fix to get my heat going again in very cold temperatures. Would definitely use them again.

We had one of those once-in-a-career, cursed-by-the-tech-gods situations. Our system issue was so weird it probably qualifies for its own Discovery Channel documentary. These folks jumped in like pros anyway. Their techs know their stuff, their prices are shockingly reasonable, and their customer service team speaks fluent human, which is rare and beautiful.

They responded fast, tried everything short of performing an exorcism, and kept checking in like we were family or at least really well-liked in-laws. In the end, it turned out our issue wasn’t even in their job description, but they still stuck around, helped troubleshoot, and made sure we walked away with a solution and our sanity. They never ghosted us, never passed the buck, and never once said “have you tried turning it off and on again” in a condescending tone.

I’d give them six stars if I could, but I’ll settle for five and a thank-you card written in Comic Sans.

Phenomenal experience. A/C fan went out late Sunday. Technician came and diagnosed issue monday. Within an hour of him leaving my home I got a call to schedule install for Wednesday. Fast forward fan was replaced. My home is slowly cooling down. Thank you for the above expected customer service.

I had Alex he had great customer service, he was kind and he knew exactly what he was doing. He got in at 11:18 and was done by 11:45 troubleshooting the issue , diagnosing the problem , fixing the problem, and that performing pmcs to make sure the A/C was properly operating. Hats off to him for his professionalism he deserves a raise. Also got our stuff fixed the same day, where most guys would have to come back he already had the solution and fixed it on the spot
