Ever since I have lived in Sandy Springs, I’ve had to call for HVAC service, once for AC and the other for my furnace. Both times Express Heating and Air Conditioning has solved the problems with full confidence. Very nice people, reasonably priced, and most important trustworthy. They were fully booked when I called today, but luckily someone canceled and they called me and came over at 6 pm on Friday. Next time I need anything related to heating and air conditioning, they will be my first call.

I gave Express a call, and Eddie was here to diagnose my AC system in less than an hour. He took the time to explain his diagnosis and provided recommendations. We decided to get the whole system replaced, so Eddie provided us with an emailed estimate in less than 10 minutes and even encouraged us to get a second opinion and estimate if we wanted and to just let him know our decision.

Well, we kind of had already did that with “The Air Co.”. You see, we had The Air Co. out to our place 5 days prior. They diagnosed ($89), told us we needed to have a leak test done ($560) and was pretty sure we needed a replacement system. We paid the diagnostic fee ($89), declined the leak test since from his other findings he was 99% sure the system needed to be replaced, and asked the air co. Tech to send us a quote/estimate for a new system. He left, about 5 minutes later I get an email for a leak test estimate :/ I didn’t need this as we had already declined to pay $560 to have them tell us what we already knew (there was a leak somewhere) So, I wait the day out to give them more time to send it over. Next day, still nothing, so I call and leave a message. No call back, no estimate, and still no cold air downstairs. Two days pass, still no estimate.

After the weekend passed, I called Express and received EXCELLENT service from Eddie. Like I said above, he was quick (guess that’s why they’re called Express lol), not pushy, and honest! Got my quote about 10 minutes after he left and my AC system was installed and running the very next day!
But here’s the kicker, later the same afternoon, I get an email from The Air Co. with an estimate for my new system (5 days later)…they provided 3 packages and let’s just say their lowest package was DOUBLE what Express had quoted me for the same brand system! LOL Get outta here!

I will only have Express Heating and Air fix my AC. Where do I start, the operator who came to my house, Edi, explained to me what the problem was in detail and showed me the problem for myself. He gave me a fair price for the problems I had. Especially when compared to other quotes I was given from other companies, and what some companies thought were the problem. It turns out I only had problems with the thermostat and capacitor where as other companies offered full replacements for some parts. After a few months the AC is working very well and I will definitely be calling Edi for any AC repairs and problems.

My parents had an amazing experience with this company. And so did my wife and I. On time work great pricing and honest work. Very dependable and professional. I had my own heating worked on and i would recommend to anyone. If google had 10 stars I would give it. I will always reach out to these guys for any HVAC services needed in the future. I found this company searching online, read the reviews and called when my furnace failed this past winter (2022). Another company had come out and gave me an estimate but I wanted to compare prices and products. Eddy was honest, professional, arrived on-time and gave us the true facts about units and what we needed. We had his company install the unit for our main floor and basement areas and opted not to replace the attic unit as it was old but still working, Just last week (June, 2022) during a blisteringly hot week, the A/C on the upstairs unit failed. Eddy was able to come out, despite how swamped they were, in three days. He even recommended getting a portable unit from one of the local hardware stores for our bedroom which we did, to prevent sleeping on our sofas to stay cool; it worked.

The new unit was installed and, when they removed the a/c unit outside, they found a copperhead and properly disposed of it for me.

This company will be the only heating and A/C company that I will ever use. You can’t go wrong with them. You will get a honest quote that is fair and get the truth about what you need while saving money. The bigger companies will charge more and the information given will benefit their bottom line, not yours. If you are thinking about calling them, call; you’ll be glad you did!

Eddie and Amir were absolutely incredible. If I could give them 100 stars I would!!! My air conditioner broke suddenly today with 100 degree weather. They came out and repaired my old unit later in the evening on a Friday which showed they truly care about their customers. They were honest and fair in price and discussed what will need to happen in the future. They were very friendly/professional and I will definitely be using them again for a total unit replacement. I contacted Express Heating and Air at a friend’s recommendation when my mini split unit gave out, and I’m glad I did! They were able to give me an initial ballpark quote via text within the hour after I sent them some pictures and then came by same day to lay eyes on the project and firm up a plan together. Installation was prompt and well done.

As Eddie says, they’re “old school” - believe in knowing their craft, doing good work, and looking out for what’s best for the customer. They worked with me to find the right high efficiency unit so that I was able to qualify for a tax credit. They were able to give a really competitive price because they don’t have a ton of corporate overhead like the bigger guys. When I thought I had an issue after installation, they came back right away to take a look- turns out it wasn’t an issue with installation at all, but they still went above and beyond to help me understand what was happening and the best path forward. They really put the customer first in their business, and it shows. With so many hvac companies out there, it’s hard to know who you can count on - these guys are a diamond in the rough.

They responded promptly to my initial call, arranged an appointment for the following day, and arrived wearing the appropriate protective equipment, given the current situation. They completed the job quickly, and I was pleased with the cost of the work.

Have left two messages. Never heard back and had an urgent leak issue. Was excited to work with them given the reviews but no luck.

I used the company back in December for my heating and I promised a review and just now getting to it. However, I totally enjoyed having a tech in my house that's willing to talk with me about my questions and concerns with my HVAC. He took his time and made sure the correct diagnostic was made, which is so important for me. I was using a service before I was recommended to Esquire and they were using guys who couldn't speak english and we wasn't getting anywhere but more and more service calls, with of course quick exit's. Additionally he adjusted the temperature on the unit "which wasn't the service call", I ask for other tech's to do but when they don't care to listen nor understand english, that's what you get. Blowing warm or cool air doesn't mean it's configured properly. I forgot his name but sure hope he is available the next time I'm in need for HVAC service. Thanks!

Kyle is AMAZING!! We’ve been using him for a couple of years now. He provides excellent service at very competitive rates! Best HVAC person in Atlanta! I can’t stop raving about him to all my friends and family!

These guys gave the best tip to tail HVAC experience to me, that I've had, and I have managed 16 properties for 15 years, and dealt with who knows how many HVAC companies. First phone call was great. I explained the issue. He explained what he would do to fix it, and I was impressed. He had a convenient appointment available. They were running about 15 minutes late, but they called to tell me, so that was courteous. When they showed up, (2 people, Kyle was the main guy) they quickly diagnosed the issue, and went to work. When they found that the bottom of the machine was caked up with mud, they called me to show me, since they had to clean it, in addition to the other work that needed to be done (run new Freon pipes about 3 feet over a stair case, after chipping it out of concrete.) They explained that even though the Unit was on a platform, the way the water ran, it was getting covered with mud, so they put it on bricks to lift it up so water/ dirt would run under it instead of clogging up the unit. Also, they explained, it was put too close to the noise barrier, which blocked air from flowing properly as well, so they moved it a few inches over (no extra charge) Before these guys came out, I had multiple companies try to fix it, but the problem never really got better. I'm talking for years, the apartment, never got below 76 when it was hot out. I think it was because the other companies didn't dig deep enough to find the actual Freon leak. They probably just replaced the Freon, until it ran out again. But hey didn't think about moving the unit, or lifting it up. Anyway, after they were done, I called the tenant (I'm the property mgr ) and she said the apartment was now "freezing." So that was great news. They also sent me a easy email invoice, and included 10 photos of their work, which looked visually very neat and professional, so far as the bends in the pipe, the pvc cover, and I think they soldered as well. FOR THE LEVEL OF CRAFTSMANSHIP, THE TIME IT TOOK, THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR. I Highly recommend this company for anyone who wants a solid fair job done right.

Our AC unit decided to stop blowing cool air during the hottest part of this summer. Found Esquire's info and after showing up first thing in the morning, Kyle was able to diagnose the issue and fix the issue in 20 min! Appreciate your knowledge and will use his company if/when we have any other issues in the future.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with Esquire Heating and Air. My Air conditioner wen out and I made one call which was answered immediately. Within no time they were there for repairs the same day. They were very accommodating and willing to schedule the service appointment around my work schedule. When it cam near the time for the service appointment they called before coming to let me know they were nearby and the time of their arrival. The service was very professional, and very reasonably priced. The fan motor on my AC went out, and they went above and beyond in trying to contact the manufacturer for a replacement part. I have had many service repairs in the past, but Esquire is by far the best and most professional AC service I have used.

I chose Esquire out of 6 diffenent HVAC companies because out of all of the companies, they were the most genuine and client oriented. They were affordable, knowledgable, skilled, and have great communication. They did a full system HVAC installation for me, and I am very happy with what I have now.
